Location is very nice +- 40 minutes from many interest points. House is very authentic. Kids room with games. pool (they do clean it very good) , there is even inflatable matrasses and pool toys for kids, just perfect. House is very beautiful Tuscan design. Equipped kitchen. Private parking. Very nice host. They live on the ground floor (sort of -1) and it is nice - you can ask for help if you need it.
One of the bedrooms - missing air conditioner. BUT.. There is a Ventilator (fan) which is do the job very well (even at the end of july). That specific bedroom is little bit noisy(road, cars noises), but not too much.
