Spacious room compared to other Japanese hotels. Comfortable beds and many amenities
Maybe the breakfast or food option can be more western but still very good.

Very conveniently located. Easy access to bike rental and public bus stop. Great Fuji View inside and outside the hotel!

The hotel is located in a perfect spot for those who wish to stay next to the lake. It is also about 5 min walking distance from the bus stop, going to and from Tokyo or Kawaguchi. The room is wider, having a separate toilet and bathroom for the Twin room.
If you arrive earlier than 15:00 or needs to contact the reception desk, there will be no one at the reception. That's frustrating if you've an issue and needs their support. However, the staff are good and can support you once you request them.

"The room is super big and clean. Plenty of space for putting luggages. Lighting is sufficient and bed is comfortable.
Public onsen is also available at night until 24:00!
