The location was the main attraction, being just ten minutes or so walk from Grand Central Station and City Hall. Also there were lots of places to eat and drink in the immediate vicinity plus a Tesco Express 2 minutes walk away. Stop 9 for the Hop on Hop off bus is very close by.
If you are looking for luxury, pay more elsewhere. This is quite basic accommodation, but it sleeps up to five and has what you need from a base to explore Belfast for a few days. We didn't have a car but the space available would be very useful for those that did.
Hosts were friendly and helpful in their communication.
For the price this was pretty much as expected.

The apartment was in a handy location. Near a children's park, tesco and plenty of take aways., 10 min from the titanic museum and W5
Some windows didn't close properly so a bit noisy and cold.. Condensation in the kids room was dripping from the windows.
Washing machine was full of washed towels when we arrived there was nowhere to hang them or dry them.
