Do not stay here if you like a hot water shower

The place is well equipped and the owners are kind but we had a very bad experience with the shower and the bathroom. My wife was pregnant during our stay at this hotel and the shower never had hot water to have a decent bath, we told the owners and they were rude and replied that we needed to wait 40 minutes of more after every bath to have hot water again, which is false, there is never hot water in this place. If this does not bother you, maybe is a good place to stay, but we would never come back. For us having a decent shower with hot water in the morning is very important.

Great vacation

Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay at New Design Apartment. The location is amazing and there is attention to detail for everything. The apartment is fully equipped and very clean. The beds were excellent. The hosts were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend.

This is how all people should be allowed to live.

Everything! Just everything was perfect; really nice and cozy appartment, absolutely clean and silent. The breakfast was very generous and more kitchen appliances than I have!

I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again next time I am in Milano.

The apartment is only a minute walk from the metro so you can easily reach any part of the city. The hosts were extremely kind, meeting me on arrival to show me the apartment. The apartment was stocked with so much nice food, milk, yoghurt and fruit - I could not use it all during the week I was there. The kitchen was very well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher. The apartment everything I needed - a nice bathroom, comfortable bed, fast wifi, a choice of two tables to work at. The location is secluded and quiet.

There was nothing I did not like.

An Excellent stay

The outstanding and warm service of Antonio and Noella, who have done everything possible to make us feel comfortable and at home. Antonio even insisted on taking us and our daughter in his car to the central train station at check out.

Amazing hospitality. Owners waited for us at the main door, showed us place to park a car, explained, inside apartment, all very precisely. In apartment all was on place, even bags for shopping and simple map how to reach nearest market. Much more than we expected! Thank you again!

Couldn't recommend this apartment enough! We will surely book this one again on future Milan trips.

This is the best apartment we've ever stayed in, quite possibly. It was very well equipped with every single thing we could, or couldn't, think of. To the point of having a basket full of charger adapters of every possible kind, just to give an example. We were supplied with a full refrigerator of local tasty food. Our hosts, Anotnio and Noella, were charming and happy to help and answer our every question. Even to the point of offering us a ride to the central Milan train station on checkout.

It's a bit close to a tram parking station, so until around 11 PM there are the occasional tram sounds. Not a big deal.

Best stay at a trip destination! Breathtakingly beautiful apartment and the nicest hosts ever!

This apartment is the most beautiful, comfortable and aesthetically pleasing place I have ever stayed in on a trip. Everything is just perfect – there's everything in there that you might ever need. And the hosts Noëlle (? hope I got this right) and Jonathan are the nicest people ever. They even picked me up from the train station when my train was 2 hours late and gave me a lift back there when I left! Everything's there for breakfast, excellent Espresso, fruit. I cannot say it differently, it was just perfect.

Nothing. There was literally not a single, tiny detail that I didn't like.

A great option for Milan. Antonio and Noela are very nice and friendly people. Near the center, clean and comfortable. Also in the apartment you can find a great collection of fashion books.

Our stay here was one of the best! Everything was absolutely great! Noela and Antonio made us feel right at home. The apparement is beautifully decorated and extremely clean. We had all the amenities you can think of and more. From bath robes and slippers to espresso machines and milk frothers for daily Capuchinos. We hope to come back one day. It is a beautiful place Noela and Antonio have created for their guests it better that staying at the Ritz. Also the wifi was excellent and speedy.
