Situated in Hendersonville, this lovely house for $70 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Come enjoy our spacious upstairs MASTER suite, no extra fees. You are renting 1 private upstairs room/ensuite bathroom. Bedroom door locks from the outside for you security and privacy. (keys given upon check in) Come and go as you please, no curfew. This room has a queen bed along w/a twin bed, an over sized comfy recliner, large private en-suite bathroom tub/shower. SmartTelevision with HULU LIVE and Amazon Prime and other movies. We are 1 mile from the interstate and 15 minutes from downtown Nashville, Tn. We are 4 minutes from shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. There is a mall 10 minutes away. No smoking or vaping. Towels, linens provided along with a coffee bar. 3 guest max maximum number of nights, 7 consecutive night.

We very much enjoyed our stay with Chip and Karla! They could not have been more hospitable. I found myself loitering to enjoy their company. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful home and great hosts and wonderful brownies. Far enough from downtown to be quiet but near many stores and restaurants.
The hosts are very friendly and helpful, did I mention the BROWNIES? We stayed in the Corvette room. The room had two beds, a recliner and a full bathroom. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a great stay. Everything was very comfortable and clean. Karla and Skip were super nice and helpful. Will stay again for my regular TN trip to visit the grandkids. The Thanksgiving/fall decorations were awesome.

This is a wonderful property! The hosts are very nice and accommodating. This was our second stay in their home. The room descriptions are accurate and very clean. The hosts offer suggestions when asked. The extra touches, water, cookies, cinnamon rolls, and coffee bar, make the stay worth revisiting!

I cannot say enough about our stay. Our hosts were always in contact with us about our arrival and what to expect. We were greeted with cookies on our bed. Honestly, if I were to mention everything it would still be an understatement. Our room was clean, bathroom stocked with towels. On our last night we came in a bit late after a concert and were greeted with homemade apple pie at our door step! Gracious….that’s one of many ways to describe our stay ! It honestly just felt like home… so it was perfect ! Can’t wait to stay again !

Everything was perfect! The room was clean and cool and she left chocolate chip cookies as a welcome gift. It’s about a 30-40 minute drive from downtown depending on traffic. Would definitely book again.

Nice accommodations on the upstairs level of the owners personal home. They live in the house downstairs. Above and beyond personal touches, which we were really appreciative of. Karla & Skip gave us our space while we stayed. Parking space in the drive with code access to garage entrance. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. Easy access to Nashville off the highway. We stayed 7 days. Karla is an amazing baker and spoiled us with heavenly sweets! Thanks for helping our stay be comfortable and pleasant!

Karla and Skip were extremely nice and welcoming. Made us feel right at home. The bake goods and and coffee every morning was a nice touch. Reasonably priced and very close to our family in Gallatin. Will definitely stay here again.

Skip and Karla are extremely hospitable and good people. We only needed a place to clean up and sleep in and this was perfect for that. But it came with bonuses along the way. Easy access to Nashville. We were parked a block from Broadway in 22 minutes door to door.

We were in town for a couple of days for a wedding, and we had a wonderful stay. Karla and Skip are wonderful hosts, the room offers everything you could ask for (and more). The property is beautiful and we felt very much at home. Thank you for the hospitality, we would definitely visit again!

Skip and Karla far exceeded our expectations. This we’ll be our “go to” place every time we are in the Nashville, TN area. The room was clean and spacious; the beds were comfortable, everything we needed was included, and more. They were very attentive and responsive to our every need and their attention to “the little things” was amazing.

Skip and Karla are the nicest people. The house is lovely and they made me feel like I was a guest in their home. She made us cookies, homemade cinnamon rolls for breakfast, had unlimited soda, tea, water, and a coffee bar! Plenty of space and just a wonderful experience.

This room w/ private bath was the perfect "homebase" for me during my time in the Nashville area. Everything was amazing ... from the hosts to the sweet hospitality to the comfort of the bed to the location of the home. I'll definitely be staying here again!
