Uno de los únicos 3 campamentos que están sobre las dunas, bajo la gran duna. Una experiencia única y muy recomendable! Mustafa muy atento, la comunicación a veces se complica un poco pero con paciencia se resuelve todo! (precios, excursiones, etc.) Queríamos vivir una experiencia lejos de los “luxury” camps que están uno al lado del otro y esto fue ideal, ya que estuvimos casi solos. Feliz de haber vivido esto con Mustafá y su amigo, que nos llevaron en 4x4 hasta el camp, nos cocinaron una cena muy buena y al otro día desayunamos en la casa de su madre, luego de ver un increíble amanecer desde la gran duna. Se puede dormir afuera bajo las estrellas si el clima lo permite.

For anyone wanting a helpful review :
Mustafa is a great host and will really take well of you and make sure you are good.
Although I didn’t get to it, I understand that the camping ground is 15km away from the residency of his family.
And here’s the part that I found out:
to get to the camp you need to pay extra 30(camel) or 45(jeep)
plus for meals if you choose that.
It’s good to communicate what works for you.
In all, there is an authentic Morroccan family feeling with the stay that I’m not gonna forget :)

Mustafa was super kind;
even though I arrived late, at 8:30pm, I was still invited inside and went for a ride around Merzouga where he showed me around and we stopped at a place to eat.
It feels very authentic and heartfelt so I booked more nights.

Mustafa is an amazing host, took care of everything from arrival to departure from Merzouga, it is a new camp deep in the desert far from other camps, you feel like you have to whole desert to yourself
