The host was extremely professional and gave us instructions on how to get into the property- which was right in the middle of the town. Everything is an easy access and location of the property is fantastic. Plenty of Cafe/Restaurant to choose from- too much to choose honestly. And also used Glovo app for deliveries which is a bonus if you fancy a special Gelato in the middle of the night :)
We had a very enjoyable stay overall. Like some previous travellers have mentioned, we did experience a couple of issues with the air conditioning during our stay. That said, what really stood out was how responsive and helpful the host was. Messages were answered promptly, and any concerns were dealt with straight away.
During very hot weather, when temperatures were reaching around 39°C, working air conditioning is essential for comfort. There was also a leak which resulted in some water outside the flat, but an engineer attended quickly and resolved the issue.
My only suggestion would be for the facilities team to carry out a thorough check of the air conditioning and related systems before guests arrive. While the support and responsiveness were excellent, it's always nicer not to have to deal with maintenance issues whilst on holiday.
Overall, the host was fantastic, and their quick action and communication made a real difference. With a few additional pre-arrival checks, the experience would be even better.

The location couldn’t have been better, very close to all the attractions (within a 10–15 minute walk.) The apartment was very clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and beautifully renovated, spotless bathrooms. The kitchen was also very well equipped; the only thing missing was a toaster.
The elevator and air conditioning were also great perks.
The only thing I had a issue with was that there was no toaster and also there was not enough towels for the duration of the stay.

The location
No elevator to access second floor, very poor wifi connection and the apartment itself was dated and could use a refurbishment. The beds were very uncomfortable especially in the master room which made our sleep terrible.
