ロケーションが抜群、テレビもないので、現実から逃避できます。室内も清潔でとてもよかったです。スタッフもう親切で丁寧に対応していただきました。
特に思い当たるところはなかったです。

部屋からの素晴らしい眺めと広々としたバスルーム。
ロケーションや雰囲気はとても素敵で、自然の中で過ごせる魅力のあるホテルです。
ただ、リゾートホテルでの滞在に慣れている方からすると、全体的に「あと一歩」という印象が残りました。
まず、音の環境が少し残念でした。エアコンや排水溝の音がかなり大きく、せっかく海の近くにいるのに、室内では波の音がほとんど聞こえません。外の席でも、波の音より設備音のほうが気になってしまいました。
また、滞在中に台風の影響でフライトがキャンセルになり、予定通り帰れなくなってしまいました。その際、こちらから延泊について確認しなければならず、最初に対応してくださった方からは「台風で次のお客様も来られないと思うので、おそらく延泊できると思います」といった案内を受けました。
ところが、その後実際に確認すると、延泊についてはホテルでは判断できないため、グループのセンターオフィスに電話して確認してほしいとのことでした。センターに確認したところ、「台風で停電した場合に対応できない可能性がある」という理由から、当日の宿泊は受け付けていないとのことでした。
ただ、その重要な点についても明確に説明されたわけではなく、こちらから「それでは、本日の宿泊は受け付けていないということですよね？」と確認して、初めて「あ、そうです」と分かった、という状況でした。
台風やフライトキャンセルという予期せぬ状況だったからこそ、宿泊客としては、ホテルからの明確な説明や、もう少し先回りした案内があると安心できたと思います。スタッフの方々も決して不親切というわけではありませんが、全体的にもう少し自然でさりげない気配りと、状況に応じた柔軟な対応があれば、滞在の印象はかなり違ったと思います。
ロケーションやホテルのコンセプトにはとても魅力があります。それだけに、設備面やサービス面、そしてイレギュラーな状況での対応がもう少し洗練されれば、本当に素敵なリゾートになるのではないかと思います。

Notre voyage s’est très bien passé dans l’ensemble. Les bungalow est fidèle aux photos que nous avons pu voir en réservant. Très belle prestation de ce côté là. Un petit bémol en revanche sur le rapport qualité/prix. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits à 300€/nuit, soit 900€ au total. J’imagine qu’il s’agissait d’une période creuse (fin mars) et donc la plupart des services n’étaient pas disponibles (pas de bar, pas de restaurant, pas de navette pour l’aéroport, pas de piscine). Ayant été prévenu après notre réservation, je trouve ça léger au vu du prix de la chambre. De plus, le personnel, très aimable et aux petits soins pour nous, parle malheureusement un anglais approximatif qui nous a valu à plusieurs reprises de mal nous comprendre.
Pour résumer, je remercie l’équipe de l’hôtel qui a été super, mais au vu du prix du séjour j’attendais un accueil plus complet de la part de l’établissement.
