El desayuno fue discreto, abundante pero no muy variado.
El personal fue muy cordial y dispuesto a ayudar.
La ubicación es buena si se busca tranquilidad y mucha naturaleza; está alejado del centro urbano y es necesario contratar transporte si se quiere ir a cualquier lugar. La piscina y su zona, hermosas. La vista del monte Meru desde nuestra habitación , inigualable!
No disponen de ningún tipo de información sobre safaris no actividades para hacer en la zona. Conviene llevar esa información de antemano.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Peaceful area and feels like a getaway from the hustle and bustle of Arusha.
This hotel has a lot of potential to be great, however falls short on many minor things. The price is very high for what you get. A few things to note: there was no fridge in the room, the shower had very low water pressure, Wifi was very patchy and slow, room was not refreshed daily, only coffee (no tea) in the room, finishings in rooms were quite dated and cheap, no real areas outside of the room to relax that is not the dining room. The viewpoint from the roof is great to watch a sunset, however the area could be developed into a really cool space (rather than a blank rooftop).

The location is off the beaten path and is very nice. The breakfast is very good as well.
The WIFI shifts from one level to another in the property and thus could be a little spotty, especially in the upper rooms.

The property was very nice; it was clean and comfortable. The food was good but not great.
We had an issue at the front desk when we checked out. The woman didn’t seem to be fully educated on using credit cards and we were charged twice Also we had to leave to catch a flight at 5a and were locked inside the building until our driver could find someone to unlock the door. This was after we told them we were leaving during the night.
