La ubicación era buena y tranquila, con paradas de metro y tren cerca. Personal muy amable pero hablan poco inglés. La habitación era pequeña pero acogedora, tamaño suficiente para ir a dormir.

Por la noche es difícil encontrar un sitio para cenar en la zona, simplemente hay que tenerlo en cuenta y organizarse pero no es algo que nos haya molestado.

Amazing location, you can get anywhere within 30minutes, there are a lot of metro stations around. The stuff was very helpful and cheerful. Keep in mind that the rooms are pretty small, however you get a private bathroom and a fridge for this price. I would definetly choose this hotel once again :) Loved it!

There were only 4 hangers for 2 people, if you could add some hangers and maybe a shelf it would be wonderful :)

Cost effective and friendly staff :) The room was great- it had everything we needed (ie. beds, toilet, TV, and wash basin) - great!!

チェックインがスムーズといえばスムーズ(説明が一切なく、サインのみのチェックインだった) シャワールームとべつに洗面台が設置されているのでベッドの近くで化粧等ができたのはよかった。(トイレ、シャワールームは狭いので)

エントランスにランドリーがあるからなのかとても湿度が高く不快だった。 対応していただいた方も外国人の方なのか対応が悪くはないですが、説明等が一切なく、話せないのならば紙に記載し渡すべきでは？と思った。 外国人が宿泊することが多いのか、部屋の靴脱の場所がなく、床もカーペットではなかったのでスリッパ必須。ただスリッパがすごく安物なので履きづらい。 バスタブがなくシャワーのみなので、シャワールームが狭いのと、音がすごく響く。 掛け布団カバーが油性インク？で汚れていて、洗濯はされていると思うが、それをそのまま継続で使用するのかと思った。 物置等がないので荷物を床に置くことになった。机はあるがそこまで大きくないので物を置くスペースや家具がほしかった。

there is a shared veranda and all 4 rooms of the floor have glass doors to. impossible to open the curtains and even worse is the smell of cigarettes when someone is out smoking. that was horrible!

Tiny but clean and comfortable room for affordable price, especially having in mind it is Ginza. Perfect for short stay.

Location

Check-in clerk was very friendly. The wifi was reliable and fast. Private room with private shower. Provided a full suite of toiletries, pajamas and slippers. HVAC was easy to adjust and was responsive to settings. Lots of USB ports and A/C outlets. Fast elevator.

Shower stall was dirty (see photo). Noise isolation not good (could hear snoring from next room). Beds were positioned such that you had to climb in from the front. There was no headboard. No deadbolt on the door. There was a small table but under the table was the fridge, so can't tuck legs under the table if sitting at the table. Furnishings were off-the-rack (not semi-customized, as most hotels are), they seemed like they came from a big-box store. Walkable, but far from Ginza district.

Nice room in central location. Friendly service, they kept our luggage for free for few hours after check out.

Check in and check out was very easy. The room was small but well-equipped. We stayed for one night and left for a couple of days before returning to stay for another night and the hotel was kind enough to store some luggage for us between the stays! Good for the price.
