Our crew absolutely loved this place! It was everything we were looking for and more. We were just a short walk away from Fair Park where the music festival we attended was being held. The neighborhood seemed safe and had neighbors that spoke to us during our walk each evening. The house was very clean upon arrival, and we were amazed by the snacks and necessities that were provided. The host was super nice and very responsive to any messages that were sent.
Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Great little spot! Home was clean and there were snacks provided along with waters and breakfast. I would recommend, the only thing we would have liked was to have a half bath outside of main bathroom.

Perfect location for a Nashville trip. Super close to everything, a Walmart down the street in a hood neighborhood, and the comfiest beds. I would recommend and stay again.

Nichole’s house was the perfect place for our family to stay. There were 4 adults and our 2 year old son and there was more than enough room. The house itself was very clean, kitchen was stocked with everything we could possibly need, beds were VERY comfortable, and the backyard was a nice place to hang out at night. Nichole’s communication was great and she made sure we had everything we needed. We drove everywhere we wanted to go and nothing was more than 15 minutes. It was in a great location and we were even able to walk to a playground on the next block for our son to play. I would HIGHLY recommend this property and we will be coming back if we return to Nashville!
