Nestled in Albuquerque, this charming house for $149 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our home is perfectly located within 5 minutes of historic Old Town Albuquerque and Downtown Albuquerque, 7 minutes from the Albuquerque Sunport Airport, and within 15 minutes to everywhere in Albuquerque and parts of the city of Rio Rancho. The home has three beautifully and comfortably designed bedrooms and two newly renovated bathrooms. The home can comfortably sleep up to 7 people. The master bedroom and second bedroom are equipped with queen beds. The third bedroom is equipped with 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. The living room sofa is amazingly comfortable and relaxing. All of the beds are very comfortably made with plenty of pillows and luxurious pottery barn bedding. Guests who choose to stay at our home enjoy a fully furnished and fully stocked home. All one needs to bring to enjoy their stay in our home are their belongings, food, and happiness. Guests enjoy a 65" living room flat screen television with surround sound, stainless steel and gas stove kitchen appliances, endless warm water showers thanks to the homes tankless water heater system, and a full size washing machine and dryer. Guests are allowed complete access to the home's interior, front, and back yards. The home is secured with a small private front yard and fully fenced and enclosed backyard equipped with shaded table and chairs, bbq grill, and relaxing enjoyment in a hammock under the shade of a tree over a soothing grassy area. The home is located in a safe neighborhood on a single entry street, perfect for children of all ages. There is nearby access to paved walking and biking trails, parks, and nature center. Located 5 minutes to Historic Route 66, Old Town Albuquerque, and Downtown Albuquerque, 10 minutes to the popular Nob Hill shopping and dining area, 15 minutes to the International Balloon Fiesta Park, 2 minute access to Interstate 40, and less than 15 minutes to the new and exciting Uptown Albuquerque which boasts all levels of shopping including Nordstrom Rack and upscale dining experiences at Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse as well as a new state of the art Winrock Theatre. Very good location with easy access to Pueblo Cultural Center with excellent Native American and New Mexican dishes; easy access to Old Town and numerous other places. The property had everything we needed for our stay. Beds very comfortable etc. A group of us stayed, coming from different states. Access information was timely and very good. All instructions were good. Prompt responses from owner. Driving from a different time zone, we were slightly earlier and were able to get into the property. We would come again.

Stayed with my sons and their significant others in this super comfortable house. Super comfortable beds. Quiet neighborhood that was central to everywhere we went, including Old Town. My son loved the sofa so much he made me ask where we could buy one. Hosts were very easy to contact and checked in to make sure all was well. We will definitely stay again when we visit.

We were a cellist, his father, and his grandmother, come to Albuquerque to shop at the legendary Robertson & Sons violin shop. This place was absolutely perfect for our needs -- 3 comfy bedrooms, a modern kitchen, and a relaxed living space. Also, it's a single-family home, meaning it doesn't share any walls with anyone -- important for cello practice! The A/C kept us comfortable in 100+ degree ABQ days, and Chevonne was great to work with. A lovely experience!

We came into town for a track meet. Communication with the hosts was fabulous! We even were able to check in a little early! The house was cool, cozy and perfect for the 5 of us to each find some space. It was the perfect stay for our weekend!

This is a well maintained property near a lot of the tourist activities in Albuquerque. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds had very nice bedding and were very comfortable. The owner was very responsive to any questions and offered assistance when needed.

This property is so well cared for and exactly what we needed for our stay. We came into town for a funeral service with a few other family members who had not seen each other in a while and we wanted to be able to spend time visiting in a home type atmosphere. This property was exactly as advertised. The owners obviously take great pride in their offering. The price was fantastic. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. Check in and check out was so easy. We will definitely look to stay here next time we are in the area.

Great location; very comfortable house. I think the request for property insurance, which cost us an additional $70 (non refundable) was not justified. I think the owner should request $150 to $200 (refundable) hold on credit card if this is a concern. While we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, this rankled. We would recommend this property—but bear in mind the additional cost.

Everything was great. Location is convenient- neighborhood is interesting and only thing is dogs next door barked constantly if you are in the back patio. Not owners fault, just part of that neighborhood.

Great little house , had everything we needed while in Albuquerque for my son's tournament. Host was one step ahead of me with the communication, I never had to ask a question, all the info I needed was texted to me . 5 stars for sure . We will try to book it again for the next's year tournament.

House was clean and enjoyable, the only downside was the neighbors. Dogs bark constantly if you are in the backyard.. thankfully they were quiet at night and no problems. I did my BBQing in the front yard due to all the barking, certainly not the fault of the owner. We’ve all had those types of neighbors.😂. Neighborhood was extremely quiet with neighbors and traffic.

We stayed in a very comfortable home in a small neighborhood, close to most things in Albuequerque. There is so much h to do! Our hosts were very welcoming and accommodating. We would recommend the location to anyone wanting to feel at home in a vibrant city.

Ideally located for our purposes. Great walks along the irrigation ditch. Easy drive to the John Brooks Supermarket. Quiet neighborhood. Perfect size for us - 4 adults. Having the washer/dryer available was great.
