This place offers a really nice beach, right in front of the apartment. It's easily accessible. The apartment has decent facilities. It's a good option for a budget stay.
The place is not really attractive. Nearby beach is dirty. There is only 1 restaurant nearby which is not easily accessible at night. It's far from the center, which can be an advantage depending on expectations, but was not the case for us.

The location was outstanding, situated right next to the beach with sun beds available just steps away. The host was highly professional and personally welcomed us upon arrival, even at midnight. The rooms were clean, tidy, and immaculately maintained. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had a wonderful stay here and would definitely come back! The absolute best part is the location: you are practically right on the beach, which makes everything so convenient. Another thing we loved was the cleanliness; it was consistently spotless throughout our entire stay, which we truly appreciated. The bathroom design is also worth mentioning, it has such a relaxing vibe, almost like a mini spa! Plus, it was super convenient to have extra options available for added comfort, like breakfast, guided tours, or catamaran trips (all for an extra cost, but totally worth it).
Just as a quick heads-up for future guests, the plane noise is noticeable from time to time, but it didn't bother us at all and didn't spoil our holiday vibe. Highly recommend this place!

Dimitrios isa true entrepreneur, our flight arrived outside of check in time windows . He was so helpful and responsive. Waited until our arrival .
We will definitely recommend it to our friends whoever wish to visit Santorini.
