Comfortable, clean, and in a secluded, quiet location, despite being near the airport. Good, varied breakfast; large pool, bar, Jacuzzi, and leisure facilities. Located 20 minutes from the center of Kamari.
The positive aspects compensate for the negative ones.

We liked the location, a short walk from Kamari.Property was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast was very basic and unfortunately no gluten free bread was available.
I slipped and sprained my ankle and wrist and bruised my finger badly going to breakfast as the path/steps were wet from the swimming pool. I had to have my rings cut off in Fira as my finger swelled up so much. Only the lady in the breakfast room was concerned!

Everything was perfect!
Breakfast - plenty of food and beverages if you are not a very exigent person
A few snack options for lunch were also available in the menu of the pool bar
Room was cleaned everyday
Pool was also clean and had enough sun beds for all guests
Receptionists and barman were very kind, special thanks to Panos for being nice and preparing delicious cocktails for us!
Location - max 15 min walking to the centre of Kamari and bus stop to Fira

Location - great location, I don’t know why people are complaining about it, it’s only a 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants.
Transport - good transport link to Fira right outside the hotel. Also arrange a €20 taxi for the airport that arrived within 5 mins.
Pool - great size and good space to sunbathe
Cleaning staff - lovely lady that cleaned the rooms, always polite and said hi to us
Overall - good value for the cheap price
ROOMS!! They are a complete deception and are not the same size as advertised on the pictures. Just enough space to walk around the bed.
air con - was either freezing or boiling hot
showers - leaked onto the floor
