Superb!

All the staff were very friendly and accommodating with all our requests. They were very helpful with all the information that we needed; transport, location, and tour related. Their breakfast selection was also good.

We stayed in a family room with two beds; I just feel like the single bed is too small and the mattresses were not that comfy.

Wonderful hotel for a very reasonable rate!

Location was perfect, close to the beach, shops, restaurants, about half a block away, far enough where it was still peaceful by our pool, did not hear bar noise. Rooms are clean and the suite with the loft was perfect for our two teenagers and us. Breakfast had a great selection and was especially nice since it was included in the room rate. Bartender Giannis was extremely helpful and friendly, we enjoyed talking to him. Vicki at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. Hope to return here and stay at the same hotel next time!

Exceptional staff and property :)

Anassa Suites was beyond my expectations! The staff were exceptional- very friendly, very helpful :) The entire property was extremely clean and beautiful. Excellent location as well. The breakfast were delicious with so many wonderful choices. I would highly recommend staying here and if I am ever back in Santorini I will be booking our stay with them again. :)

Exceptional

The hotel Staff were excellent; friendly, happy and outgoing. They anticipated our questions and gave great advice about the best ways to maneuver about the island and what sights to see.

The Hotel was immaculate, the breakfast great and staff wonderful. There wasn't anything to dislike!

Absolute fantastic property and location but the main asset was the employees of the hotel during our stay. I would have no hesitation returning and recommending. I loved my time there,which was relatively faultless but if I could make one very small critism it would be that the breakfast was'nt to my taste.

Everything was exceptional but the breakfast stopped me giving 10/10

Very enjoyable stay in great apartment.

Fantastic apartment just a few minutes walk from the centre and seafront. Enormous room and very clean. Very nice breakfast & the staff couldn't have been more helpful. If we come to Santorini again we will definitely stay here and have recommended it to all of our friends.

Shower curtain always stuck to you but other than that - nothing.

Excellent choice, close to the beach and restaurants/shopping

Very clean and spacious room (family room), ideal for a family of 4 (2 kids). Nice balcony as well. Good breakfast and great location, close to the beach and inumerous dining options, from simple/casual to more sophisticated. Staff was very friendly and helpful, special thanks to Eva, who helped us with the transfers and tours booking. Overall, excellent choice when staying in Santorini

A really enjoyable stay.

Great location, fantastic team (especially Eva, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay) and nice rooms.

The breakfast rooms was perhaps a little small, but the range of food offered was very good.

They had daily maid service and breakfast with a wide range of options. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Super clean. Two-three minute walk to beach. Large comfortable rooms snd beds.

Simply fantastic

Simply fantastic. The lady at the reception very helpful and caring. We had a family suite that has two separate bedrooms (one in the atresole) a living room and two nice balconies. The best breakfast we had in Greece in two weeks! Be sure to visit the fantastic Elias grill next to the hotel, the souvlaki are exceptional, the reception will guide you.

The only thing that needs improvement is wi-fi. We had to go to the balcony to have a good signal. Please kindly put more access points closer to the family suites.

Felt like home

Very good - the other reviews seem genuine

Great service, great location, gym was full functional, most rooms are good, spotlessly clean - they’re cleaning all the time! Nothing is a problem for the staff - they are really good and will bend over backwards to help you. Everyone - from front desk to the bar tender to the cleaners - really very helpful.

Breakfast was a bit hit and miss - I had to ask for plates on three occasions, you’re never quite sure what food will turn up and the healthy options are eclipsed by large arrays of pastry and sugary things. Parking is available but is a bit of a faff.
