Great staying here again.

Stayed here back in 2021 travelling during Covid that’s why I decided to stay here this year again & the inviting and comfy vibe is still there. Staff are really nice and helpful especially Barbara. It is close proximity to Kamari beach and Kamari bus station, dining, shops, and activities are all walking distance.

Lot of food for breakfast and sunny black rocky beach for calm day!!!

Oh, my stay was incredible. I liked the location of the hotel, it's on the beach, has its own pool (tidy one!!!) and breakfast was superb!!! My catch was actually breakfast and specifically, if you are vegetarian then you may ask for something if you like it to be added. Very close to the bus stop, you have more tours and travels that might be helpful if you are looking to explore the other islands. A lot of resturants around open till 3 AM. What else do you need!!!

A beautiful hotel, in an excellent position, to offer a fun, comfortable and relaxing stay.

What a find! A family-run hotel with real heart! The proprietors treated guests like family and provided everything we asked for. The hotel is really spacious too, with a bigger pool and grounds than most in the area, to relax and enjoy. Moments from the beach, cafes and shops, it is perfectly positioned to have a great time in Kamari. We stayed in a few places in Santorini and this was the best! It is also close enough to explore other parts of the island whilst staying in Kamari which is more relaxed, cooler and calmer that places like Fira.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

Lack of storage in the room (no chest of drawers) so was living out of our cases for a week!

Great would stay again

Great location ……the shops and restaurant all around you. Very clean. Our maisonette room was amazing. Kids sleeping downstairs and we where upstairs but all open plan

Our bathroom has a really bad smell. Breakfast was ok but just expected more

The hotel was good, the outside and pool area are absolutely beautiful. It is a good location, close to the beach, shops

the outdoor spaces including the pool is lovely. there is a good breakfast with lots of options

Lovely hotel

Stayed 4 nights and loved every bit of it this hotel was brilliant and just off the strip which was a bonus can't reccomend this place enough and will definitely be coming back.

A little gem of a hotel.

I could not fault this small hotel. The warmth of the welcome from the moment we arrived. We had an early morning flight, and we were greeted by the very lovely Barbara, who informed us our rooms were ready. Barbara was a very gracious host who could not do enough for our group on our stay. She gave us loads of info on local attractions and trips, and happily organised them for us. What an asset this lady is to this property.

If I had to say one negative, it would be now and again the water pressure was a little light. But being a small island I fully understood this.

The lovely Hippocampus Hotel

Really lovely clean hotel, family run. Beautiful garden and pool. Breakfast was really fresh each morning. Near the beach and facilities. Barbara and family super helpful and accomodating . We got upgraded to a lovely suite on arrival. Definitely would recommend.

Beautifully kept hotel, staff were always helpful and friendly, a nice private pool and rooms regularly cleaned. The hotel is in a perfect location, a short walk to bars and restaurants on the sea front, as well as the bus stop to explore the rest of the island. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Kamari.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very nice and friendly especially Barbara such an amazing person , location off the hotel it's brilliant, in 5 min walk you have everything shops, restaurants, sea . So yes definitely recommended . Also rooms are very clean . *Photos was taken after the stay .

The hotel is very well situated, close to beach, promenade and shops. There are plenty of restaurants around, Ellias Grill highly recommended. The room was clean and airy, with comfy beds and a large porch. The pool and the garden were always a very pleasant place to relax. Helpful and friendly staff always available for you.

In terms of food variety, breakfast could be better especialy for gourmands.

The hotel was immaculate. We shared a twin suite with 2 bedrooms which had plenty of space and was very comfortable.

Nothing could have been better than this.

Staff was amazing. Food was amazing and rooms were excellent. Barbara managed our stay and she was very friendly and a very smiley person. Overall experience was amazing.
