This was the perfect little cottage for a sister’s get together! Great location with all the amenities thoughtfully available. Everything was exactly as described and pictured on the site. Our host was amazing and very responsive with any and all questions. Steps to the beach and shops. We would definitely come back for our next get together!

The property was super cute, plenty of room for hanging out. The location was perfect, soo close to the beach and John's Pass. An extra bonus was the availability of beach chairs available for use. Wonderful, would 100% be back.

We stayed at this amazing little cottage over spring break. The owner Michelle is amazing! Communication and ease of working with her was above the rest. Things we loved are as others mention- the location is so perfect! Steps from the beach, you don’t even cross the busy street. Walk down to Johns Pass, perfect! Nearby WinnDixie for food and liquor. We didn’t find the bike rental but that would have made it even more ideal to see even more of Madiera. We were 6 grown size persons. Four adults, two boy teens. The two bedrooms were well maintained and cleaned, fine for us 4 adults. The pull out was sufficient but those with teens+ may want to consider bringing air mattress or alternate. The pull-out bed would be perfectly fine for little kids, but our near grown man-child sized boys didn’t much enjoy. They felt more comfortable on the sofa without pullout for one, the other slept on the floor. Having the shared grill and laundry was very nice! It was like a little social hour in the shared table under pergola with the neighboring cottage. We met some really cool people! She also has some beach toys and chairs and the outdoor shower to rinse the sand. It was perfect for our needs at the perfect price and owner was superb! We are looking to rent both cottages next year and bring a few more friends! Thanks Michelle!

Short walk to John's Pass, which is touristy, but if you like that sort of thing for a walk, it's fun, and you can watch the pelicans and dolphins play and scout for food, and watch fishermen clean their catch. Convenient location for access to other places along the coast. Michelle was a wonderful host.

Great location to johns pass and the beach. Would def recommend staying here. If the road noise effects you they have a box fan on site you can use to drown out some of the noise. We had a great time.

Cute cottage and convenient location for John’s Pass and Maderia Beach. Cottage is close to road so there is traffic noise but you don’t spend much time inside anyway. Cottage is very well equipped and perfect for small qroup.

This was our 3rd year renting this cute clean cottage. The short path to the beach every night for sunset and the quick walk to John’s Pass Village makes it perfect for a beach vacation. Michelle is wonderful to work with if there are changes.

Its a good location and near beach and near John's pass which is a nice waterfront village. Only negative is the vehicle noise from the road. The cottage is just on road and weekday traffic noise was annoying. The tv channel choices were also poor. They take dogs but ask us to do extra cleaning which we did.

This place is so cute and adorable. We loved everything about it! Location is great! Close to beach and walkable to restaurants. The manager Michelle responded so quickly to all my questions. Having never stayed in this area before, it was a great experience🙂

Only few steps to the beautiful beach which was not busy at all. Michelle was very nice and easy to communicate with. She allowed us to check in earlier and to leave the car by the property after we checked out since we were still spending the rest of the day at the beach. Thank you for everything and we can’t wait to book another trip and hopefully stay longer next time.

This cottage has the old charm that you expect from years past but totally updated on the inside. Close to everything. This will be our go to cottage when we come to the beach.
