A large, modern, and well-equipped apartment. Excellent location. Good communication with the renter. Simple and convenient check-in and checkout.
The wifi was poor, unstable, and frustrating.

Everything! The apartment was spacious and clean. The location was convenient. It was a good value as well. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect; I'm not kidding. It actually felt like home. The place was big, had a wrap around balcony, very clean, great bakery downstairs to get fresh bread and croissants in the morning, well stocked with everything you could imagine including a fondue pot, raclette machine, wine glasses, champagne glasses, stereo, big TV, great internet, coffee maker (which we never used), a separate espresso maker which made great espresso. I can't wait to go back to Zermatt in March and definitely will stay here if it is available.
We tried to extend our stay a few days but couldn't get a hold of anyone so had to, stay in a hotel. The hotel was nice but not as nice as staying at the Mistral apartment.
