Great ocean views along lesser traveled Avalon Avenue! You will love the convenient location to town and walking distance to everything. Park the car and start enjoying! Nice amenities include Central Air, Dishwasher, DVD player and Beach Tags (number not guaranteed) for your convenience! The private parking lot offers a reserved space for this unit. There is an outside shower and foot bath. You will want to stay all summer!

If you rent this property, you need to bring bedding and bath towels. This was not shown anywhere in the description. Fortunately, I called ahead and asked if linens were provided. Since they were not, I brought my own.
