I stay here often it's normally clean and quiet and in a convenient location

Hardly anyone at the desk. The gurl at the desk was rude! No housekeeping called for towels never received them. People in and out smoking walking around hanging in the parking lot. It didn't used to be this way. To sum it up, it has gotten a little ghetto. Don't think I'll return there

Staff and it's always nice

Hate the breakfast I feel there should be more better options. And when I checked in the lady was very rude I've stayed there many times before and that was my first time see her.. but the other young lady I remember is always nice. People also stand in front smoking by the door

Don’t stay here

There isn’t a lot to like about this place. I don’t know that I can say anything good about it.

Where to start? The room was tiny, and I picked the bigger of the rooms offered. The beds were very uncomfortable. The HVAC unit was on the fritz, taking several attempts to turn on before actually turning on. While trying to turn on it was VERY loud and when running it was even worse. The hotel is right next to a major street and you can hear traffic all night long. Between the traffic sounds and the hvac unit I felt like I had to have the tv all the way up just to hear it. And trying to sleep with all that going on, forget about it! Then at breakfast the pancake maker was broken none of the foods very filled, and there was only one poor lady working her butt off trying to cover the front desk and deal with the breakfast.

Second time we have stayed there.

Breakfast was good, needed more sitting as there there was a big crowd there and seating was a little crowded, especially for older people who don't like sitting on high seated chairs.

I was satisfied and would stay there again.

The location was close to the airport. The hotel was also very nice. The bed was also super comfortable.

The lighting inside of the rooms are poor.

I enjoyed the hotel but one night wasn’t enough to get the full experience.

I really liked the bathroom shower. Very spacious. The room was nicely decorated in a modern decor.

The room was a little on the small side but for how nice everything else was and the excellent price it was fine.

The staff seemed very unprofessional. When we first arrived I went to the desk to register. No one was around. There were several people sitting there. I assume they were waiting for rides, Uber etc. They naturally were all on there phones. Then after a few minutes one of them. Came up to the desk and started to login to the computer. For some reason she was having difficulty. Kept trying multiple times. Finally she has to go get help. All this time she didn't say a word to me. Then her supervisor got her logged in. Got thru the registration ok. Room was nice. Went to leave the next day. Lady at the counter was there dressed in clothing that I would describe at kicking around clothes. Most hotels u go to have uniforms that tell the public I work here. Not this place. Being in the service business for 46 years I tend to measure how a staff is trained and how they represent the place of business. This location was just terrible.

Very good

Keith at front desk was excellent. Recommended restaurants, found room that did NOT have pets recently. I have allergies and have difficulty finding lodging that doesn't t give me a reaction.

Rooms are nice but a bit tight.

Staff was able to adjust my check in, due to having car issues. Also everything looked nice, clean, and the bed was comfortable. I had no issues.
