La ciudad di Cadiz è affascinante e molto viva!

In posizione centrale fra la cattedrale e il mercato, non lontano da un parcheggio.

Il bagno è piccolo, non c’è neanche spazio per poggiare il dentifricio. Il WC è con l’autoclave, un vero incubo! La stanza è al secondo piano e le scale sono larghe ma molto ripide e faticose.

Descanso y paz en el centro de Cadiz

Es un lugar tranquilo, donde se puede descansar a placer. Tambien su ubicacion es excelente, todo esta a diez minutos del hotel, puedes ir y venir a tus anchas y no perderas nada de tiempo.

No tiene ascensor, y hay que subir dos buenos pisos, si bien en mi caso no es un problema mas alla de la molestia, puede ser peligroso o un problema para gente que tenga dificultades en el andar.

The staff awards are really available and apartment is was really clean situated in the city centre. Nice experience.

The apartment was really clean. In the bathroom you can find a bidet, it is so strange in Spain, but from Italian people was really comfortable. The position of this flat is really good because he’s in the centre of the city really close to the principal service. But

We had a misunderstanding about the door. It was difficult to open the doors, sometimes the key was stuck. Also, a wash basin was leaking very much.

Very nice apartment located in the heart of Cádiz

Very good location. Left my jacket behind and owner was kind enough to let me know and allow for a courier service to pick it up for me

Very well located. Everything was clean.

The information regarding the maximum check in hour at 10 pm has to be more explicit in the annonce. I had some connexion problems and the fact to check in before 10 pm add a new stress level to my trip. Rooms are not very good isolated and your hear a lot of noise. Plombing from bathroom make a lot of noise.

great location, nice and clean room

owner replied quite harsh when i called at 3 o‘clock (check in at 4) to ask if the room might already was ready as we just arrived to the city. He could just say „no“ but he answered quite annoyed. So check in is ONLY available at 4 don‘t be there earlier..

The accommodation is quiet central and easy reachable. Very clean and very quiet.

We had a hard time communicating with the staff since they answered pretty late and only in Spanish and it felt a bit rude to us. When we wanted to check in we couldn’t reach them by calling or emails. The entrance is hard to find since they’re no signs or anything.

Jose Louise was wonderful. Needed to buzz one of the buzzers so we guessed one of the buzzers for the second floor and it worked. Wasn’t inconvenient. The family room was excellent - it was called Fatima - maybe request this room if you want two double beds in separate rooms.

We found it adequate and clean, but overpriced for what it was

The location is very good; the rooms are clean

4pm is late for check in. We arrived at 3 with our luggage and were not even allowed in the building. There is no way to know which button to buzz, btw — it turns out to be 2I. But the primary issue is just how very basic the place is for the price. We’re fine with minimalism, but not at this rate

Good start to explore Cadiz

Very nice and quiet room with all you need. No breakfast but many restaurants within 50 m from location. Parking is just 300 m away. Host does not speak English and did not understand we arrived when we stood in front of the door. A few words of Spanish is recommended. Room is good start to explore Cadiz.

Check in was a bit confusing as host did not understood we arrived. Small remark and should not stop you from booking this accommodation.

Location.

Not very friendly staff. The hallway smell humidity and cigarette. After long walks on the city the long and big stairs were a sacrifice not worth going through. The common refrigerator was dirty. Didn’t have a place (mini fridge)to keep our water cold.

Great location, nice rooms, difficult check-in

The rooms were fine, they have everything you need and look fine. Location is very nice too.

The check-in was quite difficult, we didnt know which doorbell to ring (it was a house with many doorbells) since there was no indication. It took quite a while before we could enter.. we ring the phone numbers we could find but they were not answered. The host didn't speak English. The checkout procedure was not clear either and we were waiting here again. Wifi did not work in our room.

Good position in the old centre and easy to find a parking. Room was clean and person who give us the key nice one.

The room doesn't have natural light, no windows and the bathroom have a strange system, very noisy at the toilet.

It is a nice room, very well located.

The room had just one window facing a internal corridor, so no sunlight, no fresh air coming in, basically no proper ventilation at all. Hence, it was too expensive considering the lodging.

Exceptional

The gentelman who received us was such a lovely person. The room is super cosy and quite spacious. The location is perfect!

The only negative thing really was that the building doesn´t have any lift. So you have to go up two floors by stairs, as there is not an oficial reception desk.
