Super location handy for the town beaches and the old towns bars and restaurants in a lovely traditional building. It was very well equipped with plates, cutlery, microwave, kettle, bottle opener, well thought through. Nice touch to have fresh fruit and snacks provided.
No instructions for check in were provided and the only person to communicate with only spoke Italian.. she was very friendly and helpful but there was no one there when I arrived and I had to hang around and wait for someone to show up.
I’d like to clear up confusion about the bathroom.. it’s a wet room and it works perfectly well as a wet room. It’s small! It would be, otherwise it would be a shower room, it’s not, it’s a wet room. I would say though that they definitely need to invest in a new loo seat.. I’m sure that’ll be fixed before anyone else stays. I don’t think it’s ok to have a toilet seat held together with sellotape even if you were paying half of what you pay here.
I was a solo traveller of fairly small proportions.. I can see that if you’re a couple, or particularly tall then it might all feel a bit compact.
The roof terrace is great but the stairs are steep, narrow and there’s no handrail.. didn’t bother me but again, this isn’t the place for you if you’re going to be disappointed by a climb!

Il terrazzo fantastico con la vista sul mare e la posizione centrale dell’appartamento al centro città,oltre ad avere tutte le comodità della casa.
Il bagno piccolino,ma siamo stati già informati della ristrutturazione futura.

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso la grotta San Vito. È stata un’esperienza estremamente particolare e positiva.
Nonostante l’ambiente sia piccolo, ha davvero tutto ciò che è necessario e non solo. La struttura è curata davvero nei dettagli, addirittura ci è stata lasciata la moka per il caffè, il cambio degli asciugamani e addirittura la piastra per capelli! La chicca della struttura è sicuramente la bellissima e cordiale accoglienza della signora Franca, dolcissima e super disponibile nello spiegarci la storia della struttura. Apprezzatissimo il gesto di averci offerto la colazione il primo giorno, è w non da poco che abbiamo particolarmente apprezzato.
La struttura, inoltre, ha una posizione ottimale, a pochi passi dal centro e a pochissimi dal mare!
Consigliatissima per un’esperienza unica!!
Il bagno un po’ piccolo e, soprattutto, privo di un piatto doccia.
