The condo was perfect!

We just returned from a one week stay at this beautiful condo. Everything was perfect and just as pictured. This condo is very clean, up to date and equipped with everything you need for your stay. We really appreciated not having to buy laundry detergent, toilet paper and other supplies. Grocery store, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. The Trolley stops right outside the front door. This complex is small and a little dated but the pool area and hot tub are both very nice and clean. The Maintenance guy is around all day keeping things tidy and answering questions. The facility is very secure with controlled access to the building. The beach is steps away and very nice for walking and shelling. The property owner is very responsive to questions and checks in to make sure everything is ok.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, and comfortable beds for my tall adult children. All of the beach chairs and towels are provided, along with many of the necessities in the kitchen and bathrooms.

We had the best time relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Gulf view from the lanai. This was our first time to Madeira Beach and we loved it! The condo was beautiful and equipped with everything you could ever want. We will be back! Great pool and hot tub as well! Very clean condo!

Property was nice except for the fact the elevator was not working Saturday afternoon and then again from Monday morning until Friday afternoon. My 95 year old father was with me, thankfully he is mobile enough to walk up the stairs or he would have been stuck in the condo all week. We also had a stroller we had to carry down the stairs each time we took the baby out.

This unit is freshly updated and very clean. It's fully stocked with all of the cooking supplies you need. They have beach towels, a couple of coolers, more than a few beach toys and beach chairs for your use. The beds were very comfortable (we all agreed on that) and it's more than spacious enough for us. If we decide to come back to the area, I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I have stayed at several Vrbo properties and this one was by far one of the best. The condo was very comfortable and spacious for everyone. The kitchen had every item needed, even ziplock baggies! The beach toys and boogie boards were used by the small children and teenagers in our family. The location on Madeira Beach was perfect. We really loved the fact that the beach was such a short walk from the beach. The owner Joan was quick to respond to any questions we had.

The property has been recently updated and is very nice. The check-in process was well communicated and easy. We really enjoyed the very large oceanfront patio with plenty of space for all of us. We watched dolphins swim by every morning. The beach and ocean were gorgeous. We had a wonderful time!

When we stay in condos, we pack trash bags, Saran Wrap, laundry detergent, Tupperware for leftovers etc, but this place had all of that and more! Places often advertise they have beach towels and you get there and there are only 2- this place had enough beach towels for everyone. I thought this place was a little pricey, but it was during spring break week and I’m pretty sure the bathroom shower, bathroom countertops and kitchen countertops were all new- everything was nice. The beach was not too crowded and we did utilize the pool and hot tub. You can walk to putt-putt and St. John’s Pass from the condo. The balcony is really nice. There is even a towel rack on the balcony which is very handy! I can’t think of anything negative. We had two adults, several teens and a child and everyone had a great time.

The accommodations, the views, the pool, the hot tub, the beach and the location was amazing!! They could use a new grill and a few more (there was only 1 for the entire building). Overall, outstanding!

Beautiful unit - very nicely modernized - very clean and bright. Washrooms and kitchens all new and fresh. Great view from balcony overlooking pool deck, hot tub and beach. Outstanding sunsets every night! Very responsive host. Check in and out process was seamless and efficient. We stayed at Seaview for many years when raising our own family - this was our first time back in maybe 12-15 years - this time with our oldest son & his wife and their 4 little children. Starting a new family tradition of making great memories!! Highly recommended!

Had an amazing time, located right by everything we needed and wanted. Stocked with everything you would need for an awesome beach vacation. Found some restaurant gems and saw dolphins nearly everyday from the balcony. Needed to speak with the manager mid stay and she was super responsive.

What a beautiful condo! The views from the balcony are amazing and the condo itself is gorgeous. This was by far the most well-stocked rental we have gotten and we appreciate everything that was available for us to use. The kids plates/utensils and beach toys were a huge help! If we go back to the area we will definitely look here!

We really liked staying here. It’s right on the beach and has a nice big balcony directly facing the water and you can hear the waves and we even watched dolphins from the balcony. Also within walking distance of restaurants . Pool and hot tub were enjoyed too. We would stay again

The absolutely only issue we ran into was that it got a bit congested on the beach with some quite loud drunk people at times who showed between the two condos entranceway. (It’s okay don’t get me wrong have a great time but 02:00 quiet down haha) anyway….definitely worth it!! Thank you Joan!
