Everything about this place was perfect. There were five of us for 4 nights. The outdoor space is the perfect place to end a long day at a theme park or beach trip. The owner was quick to respond, but we didn't need anything the whole time we were there. The house really made our vaction perfect. It was even decorated for Christmas. Can't say enough good things about this place.

We really enjoyed our stay in Deana's home - it had so many wonderful features. The location is perfect - close to shopping, freeway access, and walking paths in a quiet neighborhood and upscale part of Valencia. Our daughter walked down to Honu (Real Life Church) with the stroller every day. The house was clean and well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Our favorite part of the home was the backyard - enjoying the outdoors is one of the best things about SoCal, and Deana's backyard oasis was a perfect place to relax. We were out sitting at the Tiki Bar for many of our mornings, afternoons, and evenings. The landscaping is beautiful, and yard area was clean and well maintained. Deana was responsive to any and all of our requests. Thank you for sharing your home!

We were very happy to find out how convenient this property was to stores, restaurants and trails. We did have a LOT of trouble with wi-fi which made it very pesky to watch anything. Also, not a big deal, but surprising there was no place/can for recycling We loved the backyard space! Very pretty and private. The beds were also very comfortable.

This home is beautiful and the amenities are amazing! Valencia is a hidden gem. Safe and quiet location with great shopping/restaurants. Theme parks and beaches are 40-50 minutes away without traffic.

The property owner/manager communicates quickly and very well. Very smooth transaction. The home is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. Plenty of indoor and outdoor retreat areas to relax and read a book. The community pool was very clean and spacious. The home is located very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Very convenient. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful home.

This is a fantastic place to stay when you are visiting the Santa Clarita area. The home is minutes away from shops, restaurants and Six Flags Magic Mountain. The home is extremely well maintained, with all of the necessary amenities provided. The backyard looks like it came out of the pages of an edition of the Homes & Garden magazine. The Owner is extremely easy to communicate with. Please consider this listing when you are looking for a place to stay. This was our first time staying here, but it won't be our last!

Our stay was perfect. The house was fully stocked with anything you could want in order yo enjoy yourself for a week. We had 3 adults and 2 kids and there was more than enough space. The outside was even better than the pictures. So many spaces to relax and enjoy the California weather. We spent some time at six flags which h was right around the corner. The host was easily accessible and ready to help with anything (not that we needed anything). Thank you!

This was our second stay at this property, and we really enjoyed both times we stayed here. The access to community pools and tennis courts is a big plus for our family. Deana responds very readily to any questions or concerns we have.

Deana/host was very accommodating to our requests, house is amazing with great views, wonderful walking trails, my family/dog were in heaven with the beautiful backyard, firepit & bbq setup with tv i was in heaven staying there.

Lovely neighborhood in a great city near LA. Close to shopping and restaurants. House was very clean and comfortable. We stayed twice and enjoyed both times. Would definitely stay here again should we return to the area.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood on a cul de sac. Nice property and outdoor space. Home was located near many shops, restaurants, and Six Flags. If we are in the area, I would stay in this location again. Had a couple minor issues that the property manager addressed right away. Great experience.

The layout of this property perfect for our group of two adults and group of teens visiting to play at Magic Mountain. Love the backyard space for stretching our legs and relaxing. Check in process was super easy.

We had an awesome time staying at the property. The house and backyard were great. Beautiful views across the valley from the backyard. One of the community pools is very close and is very nice. We also enjoyed the walking/bike trails that wind through the neighborhood. We highly recommend this property!!! We had a great time!!!

Enjoyed our stay very much. Deanna is very responsive to any needs we had. The house is in a great location and the community has 3 swimming pools, one being walking distance from the house. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need so we didn't need to buy things we have had to when we stayed other places. Would highly recommend a stay here!

This house was very beautiful!! The back yard was spectacular! We stayed out there all the time. The only downside which wasn't an issue for us was that it's a three bedroom with a sofa bed in an office space. The house is also a bit of a drive to LA and the beaches. It took more than an hour to get back from LA due to there always being traffic on the highway. Be prepared for that! With that being said, the inside was immaculate and you have everything you need stocked and ready to use!! The house is close to major stores, restaurants and shopping malls. I felt very safe and the neighborhood is very quiet. I loved this place and would def stay again.

We rent through Vrbo often and this is one of my favorite stays. Close enough to attractions but far enough out to escape the crazy traffic. Beautiful outdoor space including the ping pong table were used often. Would definitely stay here again!

Clean, well appointed and cozy house. Each of my 3 kids had a comfy bedroom to themselves and the master bed was comfortable as well. The one thing not mentioned in the listing is the gorgeous view of the mountains from the backyard. Amazing sunset views. The yard is well maintained and has a delightful little flower garden. I didn't want to leave!
