For those who are visiting family in Henderson, Lake Las Vegas is an excellent choice. It’s a quick drive away from traffic. This condo at Lake Las Vegas has a beautiful view of the lake. It’s furnished comfortably and has all the kitchen supplies you might need. I love being able to walk downstairs for coffee and a bite to eat. I would definitely stay here again!

This condo was beautifully decorated just as the pictures indicated. It was clean and all the basic amenities needed for a short stay provided. Communication with the host was easy. The best thing was the view of Lake Las Vegas from the balcony. We only stayed 2 nights after a 2 week trip but I wish we had scheduled more time there.

Property was nice and quiet with great views the condo was clean and well maintained, it was furnished with everything you need. The restaurants and stores made the stay very convenient. Plenty of things to do on the property and downtown Las Vegas was a short and easy drive. Laurel was an excellent host, I would gladly stay here again.

This property was a great fit for our family. We wanted a quiet place to stay before heading home after a crazy week of travel. This was perfect! We hung out by the pool, did water sports on the lake, and rested in the condo. The unit is updated and beautifully decorated. The host was very responsive and helpful with answering any questions. Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again.

The Condo was as described, clean and had everything we needed. Lake Las Vegas is one of our favorite destinations! Laurel was easy to deal with and allowed us to check in a little early which was very helpful. We used the credit to the water sports rental for a 2 hour boat rental which was one of the highlights of the trip. Would definitely recommend this property!

This is a great location to do easy day trips hiking to Red Rock, the Strip or Hoover Dam. Coming back after a day out to the pool and condo is a treat. Or if you just want to hang out - you've got everything you need at the property for a relaxing stay. Laurel is a 5-star host, who is on top of the details and super easy to work with.

This condo was a great place for us for a family Christmas vacation. It's about 30 minutes away from the Las Vegas hustle and bustle of the strip. A nice place to relax after a busy day of sightseeing. Very clean, comfortable beds, restaurants and grocery near by. I highly recommend booking this location.

This property had everything we needed for 4 people. On the last night we had our 2 adult kids visit and the sofa was not a great option. We didn't have the opportunity to use the amazing looking pool or spa, but they were there! We were able to park near the entrance because the 15 min only parking was only enforce while the now defunct casino was open.

We stayed at others in this building and Laurels was one of the nicest in furniture, decor. Great views of Lake, pool and mountains. Our grandchildren loved the games she had there and she communicated and went above and beyond for our needs. Would highly recommend this condo !

This property was so convenient for our weekend spent playing baseball in Henderson. Lake Las Vegas is lovely, the area is so scenic, and we were only 30 minutes from the strip. Our host was very timely with all our communications, and very helpful in every way. The unit is clean, updated, has everything we needed, and has a wonderful view out of every room! The teenagers with me liked the workout room and the hot tub. The owner's pride shines through in every way.

The condo was amazing and had a great view of the lake. Laurel was amazing with communication. Although we weren't able to use the voucher for the lake (due to the flood a couple of days prior) we were only a 30-minute drive from Vegas and also a cool Waterpark about 10 minutes away.

Favorite place in LLV
This condo is nothing short of spectacular and the host is always wonderful to work with. The condo is always immaculate and nicely decorated and it’s the little things that she adds such as Nice appliances and even make up towels in the bathrooms. When we stay here, we will always choose this condo as it is definitely our favorite, not to mention the beautiful views from the fifth floor. Thank you for another wonderful stay. Cannot wait to return.

Quiet Oasis
We loved our stay. Location was great. Just down the road from Lake Mead and just 30 minutes from the Las Vegas strip, Hoover Dam, and Boulder City. The condo was even nicer than described. Modern decor. Everything we needed in the kitchen. We used the convenient laundry area in the lower level of the building and it was nice. The 2 pools were clean and not very crowded while we were there. Restaurants in the village just down the hill from the building were convenient and tasty. We really enjoyed the $200 credit for water sports on Lake Las Vegas! Walmart and tons of fast food places about 10 minutes down the road. We read a lot of mixed reviews about this planned development and decided that, for us, it was great. If you are looking for crowds, don't visit here - at least in the summer. This condo was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Serene getaway
If you are looking to go to Vegas but don’t want to deal with the hustle and bustle of the strip then Lake Las Vegas is the place to go. It’s so beautiful and quiet. The condo was perfect for me and my family of 4. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Very updated and clean. Laurel was so nice to work with and very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed there only 2 nights but it was a great place to stay and visit the area. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Everything was clean and comfortable and I would highly recommend your place if staying in Henderson/Las Vegas area.

First, Laurel had excellent communications with us. We asked a lot of questions and she answered all of them. Second, the property was actually better than I expected. I did a ton of research to determine where this condo was and I was afraid it would have a good view, but not a great one, given that it's tucked into the largest part of the complex, slightly recessed, I was presently surprised, the view was excellent AND, because of it's placement you weren't looking into the morning sun. The mountains and water that you're looking over would get the sun, but the balcony would remain shaded. Also, the condo had everything you would want, 2 hair dryers, plenty of spare towels, nice and clean, quality TVs throughout, ironing board and iron. We thought the beds were just the right firmness too. For future renters, the condo has the kitchen and living room in the middle, with a master bedroom and attached bathroom on one side, and a second bedroom and guest bathroom on the other side of the living room. BTW, the pictures make this look like several detached buildings next to each other, in reality, this is one large C-shaped building, and this unit is close to the middle, making access very easy. Additionally, the whole complex is very quiet, it's not for partying, but for relaxing. Friday and Saturday are more lively, with a live band down by the water. But there's no issue with sleeping if you don't like noise. We didn't walk around a lot at night, but when we did, we never felt unsafe anywhere. The Seasons Grocery store makes really good sandwiches, with tons of meat in them. It's a very short walk to the store from the condo. About 3 minutes. Overall we had an excellent experience and would stay again.
