Dirty, rude staff.

Nothing.

The girl receptionist was rude and condescending. Doesn’t want to help the clients with providing information. She would rather point the print out and have the client read it. Not very accommodating considering the property’s not conducive to sleep at. The property is filthy and has seen cockroaches and rats. This is not recommendable for people stay for their connecting flights.

Mobiliário velho e nas proximidades havia muito barulho.

OK for a night

- very close to the airport (terminal 1), a less than 10 minutes walk - spacious room - low price for a night - the wifi was working well - ok for a night

- very old and dated furniture, bathroom, curtains... - unbearably loud air conditioner - it didn't look very clean, especially the bathroom - bad smell

Pro přespání před odletem dostačující

Hotel slouží jen na přespání před cestou. Fajn poloha 3 min. chůze od terminálu 1, KFC v budově, z druhé strany ale nevěstinec. WiFi slabá, ale budiž. Fajn personál.

Veškeré zařízení pokoje staré, opotřebené, sprcha nejde zavřít, tudíž voda všude po koupelně, okno nejde otevřít. Ale za tu cenu nejde čekat žádný luxus. Nechápu, na co chtějí zálohu 1000 php pro případné škody.

sehr gut für eine Nacht am NAIA Terminal 1

Es ist wirklich direkt am Terminal 1 knappe 5 Minuten Fußweg. Zimmer sind gross es gibt eine Fahrstuhl und direkt am "Hotelvorplatz" einige Restaurants und Sarisari store. Und es war angenehm leise in der Nacht.

Leider war die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage nicht 100% ok. Aber ein und aus ging so irgendwie wir konnten gut schlafen, die Zimmertür ist dünn und man hört alles was auf dem Gang passiert.

No pegamos ojo en toda la noche

La proximidad al aeropuerto, en 5/7 min a pie estábamos en la puerta de la terminal 1. También q tiene piscina y nos dimos un chapuzon para refrescarnos

Durante toda la noche estuvimos escuchando ruidos de animales( roedores o algo del estilo) que correteaban por el techo ( dentro parecía, ya que era como de mimbre) no pegamos ojo ninguno . También se oían karaokes con un volumen exagerado cerca ....y a eso le sumamos ruidos de avión aunq eso ya lo suponíamos.

If you can find another place.

it was close to the airport and cheap but I guess I got my money’s worth. No one answers the phone when I called for questions. they put me in a villa that was behind a bar. the entrance was stenched with urine, there was a dead cockroach on the floor, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, no towel. I could hear the noise from the bar so I could not sleep. the staff who helped me carried my suitcases did not even explain how to use the TV. the bed linens were stained. I would not even put a dog in it.

alot I mentioned earlier. I. had to walk to the front office because nobody answers the phone to refund my money. Lucky they have single bed room that’s left. it was a little better than the villa. The couch at the lobby was all stained. I will never come back here.

Personnel pas forcément aimable, juste propre Séjour de 3 nuits ! Aucun personnel pour nous faire les lits ou changer les draps mais également et surtout aucun nettoyage de la chambre et salle de bain!

Manila Airport Hotel is a convenient and comfortable haven for travelers arriving at NAIA Terminal .

The breakfast is provided for a reasonable cost, by an associated vendor in the lobby area. The room was the same one I had last week, which shows attention to detail by the desk manager. The staff remembered me fondly, from the two earlier stays. In a facility that handles dozens of transients each day, I found that comforting.

The laundry room apparently had malfunctioning equipment, extending the room attendants' work day into the mid-evening hours. Fortunately, the resulting lack of towels and linens was resolved by 9 p.m.

Avergae, but convenient to Terminal 1 for international travel

We transited through on a 14-hour layover. Rooms are less than basic. Staff very good and helpful.

- sehr nah am Flughafen, 5 Minuten zu Fuß - praktisch wenn man spät abends ankommt

Sehr viel Ungeziefer im Zimmer. Direkt beim reinkommen hat man mehrere Tiere über den Boden und die Wände langkrabbeln sehen. Unter anderem kleine Kakerlaken. Wir mussten dann aufs duschen leider verzichten. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt.

Accessible to airport

Theres a blood in my pillow sheet, No water from 6pm until 11pm due to lack of maintenance check, no notice at all that water will not be available. Hopefully they provide even a small water kettle and mug and small table where the guest can eat their meals as I only sat on the floor to eat my food during my stay there. Also they need to provide facial tissue as well.

Roaches crawling all over the place and falling from the ceiling and there was rat poop in the shower upon arrival…couldn’t sleep with how dirty the place was and the critters crawling around

We were not very happy with our stay, but it was a quick overnight stay for our early flight the next morning.

It was conveniently close to the airport, which is what we needed for our stay. We left super early in the morning the next day so it was just a place to sleep until our next flight.

As a family with little kids, it didn’t feel safe and the karaoke bar next door was SO loud. We could hear music and singing loudly until 3-4am. It didn’t feel clean and no towels & toilet paper.
