They have a shuttle available to take you to places at an additional cost. They have hot water for showering.
The children found the bunk bed too creaky and wobbly.

Near in the NAIA Terminal 1
The staff are not approachable and not even greet the customer who just arrived. Their explanation for using the lift for luggage is not pleasant cause one of the customer try to use it to go in 2nd Floor.
I took picture of cockroaches in the bathroom and I showed it to the staff in front desk. But he just nodded and nothing to said any apology.
