Less than 130 yard to the Gondola. The balcony overlooks the ski hill. A great place for a great ski vacation! Steam Room, Hot Tubs, Pool, lockers, heated Parking. Fully furnished; Fully equipped for six, kitchenware, balcony, BBQ by pool, ski lockers. Washer and Dryer on the same floor. Both bathrooms have double sinks. Guest bath is easily accessible from the Living Room. Completely remodeled kitchen. Beautiful views of the Snake River Wetlands, the Ski Hill, the Gondola and Midstation. Hot Tubs and Pool have the same views of the mountains and wetlands. Only a short (less than five minutes) walk to restaurants, bars, shopping. Outdoor fireplace! Grocery, ski/snowboard/bike rental, and Warren Station. A-Basin is only 6 miles! The nearest lodging to A basin. Underground heated parking. Very easy access to workout room, pool, hot tubs, and game room. Don't forget Keystones Day Spa and the Dillon Outlet Stores. Brew Pubs. Would have given 5 stars (clean, comfortable, reasonable walk to Gondola) if not for personal sleep disruption by electronic light in MBR. We arrived found no internet connection; next day discovered cable disconnected from DISH; once plugged in, internet was fine; then that night I was awoken by the intensely bright light (to me) emitting from cable connector even when tugged behind dresser, had to cover it with thick sock booties to fall back asleep. I recognize electronic lights do not disturb sleep to everyone; but it appears I wasn’t the only one lost sleep from it (perhaps the previous renter disconnected the cable).

Great place for a few days of skiing. Easy access to the gondola. Not huge but big enough to easily do the job for four adults. Had no hot water the first morning but was resolved later in the day.
There's a huge construction site outside the windows (which we knew about in advance) you have to walk around to get to the gondola. There was some noise first thing in the morning, but again, not a huge impact.
Overall, would stay here again.

We had a fabulous time, the location and property were great. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. There is construction nearby, it would be nice if they waited until more like 8am to start (started around 7/7:30), but it didn’t affect us much. We would come again!

The condo is in a great location. It’s just far away to not get the noise from River Run Village, but still super close.

This is second year we stayed at Mary’s location. Last year construction was going on in front of property, we were hoping it’s over by now but not, very little is progress. Every morning at 7 am construction workers start working. But to be honest, it’s didn’t bother us much. But if you have little kids, and they need to take a nap during day it’s can be a problem.

This is our second year staying at Mary's Place. You can't beat the convenience of the location for skiing. It's also a super cozy place and we love the pool/hot tub.

Nice property super close to gondola lifts. Peppery is nice, beds were good, no complaints on pillows. Kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. The only thing I wish I knew was that as it’s managed by keystone properties, they have a promotion that gives free lift tickets to kids depending on length of stay. Would have save me a decent amount of money had I have known this in advance. Condo is great tho.

We enjoyed our stay at Red Hawk but we were a bit confused that we had to pick up our keys from an entirely different location - fortunately we had rented a truck otherwise we would have been very inconvenienced. There was also a ton of construction going on right outside of our room. Perhaps the listing should be updated to reflect that because our view was obstructed and we were not able to utilize the bridge to walk into town which was inconvenient.

Mary’s Place was conveniently located to the River Run Gondola as well as the shops/restaurants in the village. Laundry room, lobby, and elevator all close for easy access. Beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Box fans (we like the white noise) and humidifiers available for all rooms. Kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Would definitely rent again.

The condo was nice and met all our needs. Being close to the gondola helped us carry our ski equipment with ease. We were disappointed with the obstructed view from the construction of the new condos. The master bath tub would not drain, so we had to use Drano to unclog it. The condo was clean, but the furniture, especially the coffee table was very dusty. We loved having two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Overall, we were pleased with our 5 night stay.

The property description and pictures are accurate. The condo itself is a cozy but comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a great location. Scott is a very responsive host and provided great instructions. Initial check-in at the Keystone reception center was easy. Only negative is that there is construction going on right across the street in between the condo bldg and the River Run gondola, so pedestrian traffic was closed for direct access into River Run. It was no big deal, still a short walk but just took a few more minutes. Overall very pleased.

Not amazing just ok
Televisions did not work. Put in a “work order” the second day of our stay. No one ever showed up to fix them. VCR didn’t work either. Location was ok but there was a lot of construction right outside of our balcony which was loud and annoying.

Amazing location!
We loved staying at Mary's Place! The location couldn't be more perfect and made getting to the slopes each day so easy. We loved enjoying the hot tub in the evening while our kids swam in the very warm pool. We got a little confused by the instructions for check-in and went to the wrong location to start but everything went smoothly once we figured that out.

Mary's place location was perfect. Easy walk to gondola and River Run village. The room was spotless and well-appointed as advertised. Convenient ski lockers were very handy. I will look for availability at this condo again when we return.
