We enjoyed the views...

The bed was comfortable, the view was magnificent, food options were walking distance, bedroom was spacious...

Bathroom was a little on the small size, but functional, so nothing to complain about....

A comfortable stay in Coles Bay.

The accommodation had lovely views of the water & mountains. It was easy walking distance to a small, well stocked supermarket, a restaurant, icecreamery/cafe & ferry cruises. The kitchen had everything we required, including a coffee machine. The bed & pillows were comfortable.

There was no clothes line or clothes airer. We needed to hang out some hand washing.

The location is great and the house is in a great position directly opposite the Hazards.

The house is much smaller than the photos suggest. The views of the Hazards are obstructed now because the trees have grown and obscure it..You can see the Hazards from outside the house but not from the window inside.

Disappointing

location and inside accomodation was good

The sewage smell. We were unable to use barbecue facilities or sit outside due to the smell. very strong. could not open windows for fresh air or leave door open.

view and position clean and tidy

bathroom very small and outdated . main bedroom pretty average basically a bed in a room with an old cupboard and some hanging space .

Good

The apartment Is in a lovely location and the views from the main room are exceptional. The main front room and kitchen are very well appointed with attention to comfort and detail. Location allows for easy access to local shops and walking trails.

The bed in the main room was very comfortable. Unfortunately the number of items stacked in the corner next to a pine free standing cupboard made one feel as though the room was a storage facility not the main bedroom. Bathroom is adequate but very small.

Pleasant

Great location near the boat ramp at Coles Bay

It does claim to be a whole house rental but it's a ground floor 2brm apartment in reality. We were expecting that a laundry would be included somewhere, but not the case. Maybe fit one in the locked off garage?

Best Location, Great Value.

The location is incredible. You are as close as possible to the water. The place was spotless, and very comfortable. I really liked that they provide streaming services for nights in.

The bathroom, although clean is a bit dated, but it is adequate.

Such a wonderful part of the world. If you need provisions or alcohol head to the pub.

The location was superb. A walk across the driveway and you're on the beach. Great location. Such a wonderful view.

Good location but overpriced for what you get

The location was convenient and the bed in the main bedroom was very comfy.

We thought we had access to the entire property. We were mainly disappointed that there was no access to the top balcony. Would highly recommend stating that the top level is fully closed off to guests. The bathroom was so small and the shower wasnt pleasant to use, there was no laundry facilities and you can only enter/exit via the front door. The bottom level also had very little space.

Convenient to Shops Walking Distance ..Views.. Heating as Weather was terrible..Front Room ..

No TV in the bedroom ..No Washer / Dryer Master Bedroom used for Storage .. Ugly clothes hanger on the wall.. Very Tiny Bathroom..

Disappointed, poor value for money.

On booking.com it shows that accommodation is for 'Entire House'. When we entered the ground floor the internal staircase was blocked off to the top floor. Four adults squeezed into the ground floor, 2 bedrooms for 3 nights. No laundry on ground floor it is located upstairs. When we asked for access to the laundry upstairs we were given 2 different excuses as to why we could not use the laundry. No view from ground floor of the Hazards or Bay due to a high fence, views only of the boat jetty. Minimal linen. Poor value for the higher than average amount of money paid. Disappointing....

Great location but the cancellation policy is harsh

Great location

There was a spiral staircase in the lounge room that connected to a different story. It appeared to just have a sheet and plaster board over the top. This did not feel secure and we were not forewarned. There was no heater in the main bedroom and the bathroom was rather dated. There was also a very inflexible cancellation policy, even due to COVID.

The proximity to Geographe and the views. Interior decorating was lovely.

It was a lovely location but the pictures were a little misleading and it was smaller than we thought. Could have had some luggage holders in the second bedroom and more tea towels.

Coles Bay- location location location

Great location right on waterfront. It was comfy and well appointed.

The weather!! I don't think there was beach towels either whereas the last place we stayed at supplied for free.

Location and view is spectacular. The apartment is unique with the full length glass curved lounge room overlooking the bay and Hazards.

What you see is not what you get

Location was amazing

This is a small apartment not a whole house as advertised - you have no access to the upper deck, upstairs or garage. The pictured internal staircase is boarded off and takes up a lot of the lounge area. Extremely disappointed. External grass is fake which I dislike intensely. There were some cobwebs around and lipstick on the glasses. I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known the full information about this property. Kitchen is more a kitchenette.
