We very much liked the location overlooking The Hazards in Coles Bay. Magnificent.National Park around us. We were able to sit on the balcony with our morning coffee and book or afternoon drink and watch the Hazards change colour.
Large windows also allowed a wonderful view of the Hazards and the bay.
We spent a relaxing few days here. Lots of walks close by, plus a convenience store around the corner and a few others, like a coffee shop. Very quiet location in August, and can recommend that timing. Took a drive to Bicheno and visited a winery for lunch, plus many walks through the park. We enjoyed the walk to Honeymoon Bay from the accommodation
The accommodation was well equipped, very clean, and we appreciated the log fire. Logs are provided too. The accommodation had a BBQ, well-equipped kitchen - we brought in food, which I recommend. Microwave, stovetop and frypan provided. The bedroom was separated from the living area, and the bathroom, also well equipped, was off the bedroom. We found the rental company very responsive and helpful. We very much enjoyed our visit.
The accommodation is rustic, which is also part of its charm.
I wouldn't change anything except for the bed. Unfortunately, the bed and the pillows need an upgrade, as the mattress and pillows are not comfortable

Location and views
Very poor amenities eg cooking facilities,pots and pans,uncomfortable lounge, weedy unkept front garden. Overall not at all well presented.
