Nestled in Los Barriles, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a great option for your next break. This luxurious beachfront villa offers privacy and inspiring, spectacular views from your coveted third floor, corner location. Wake up to some of the best sunrises ever as the sun crawls across an incredibly calm Sea of Cortez. Enjoy the views and ocean breezes all day from all of your rooms and both of your balconies - this is the best of all locations! Walk right out of the building for quick access to the beach and pool. This property along with its sister property, Palmas De Cortez Resort, are recognized as 'The Place To Stay' in Los Barriles. We are located in the heart of the quaint fishing village of Los Barriles, Baja California Sur and within walking distance to shops, grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. No rental car is necessary and transportation is available to and from the San Jose Del Cabo airport. Our Villa is approximately 1200 square feet with 2 balconies, 2 full bathrooms, and two main living areas (kitchen that is fully open to living room with queen size sofa pull out couch and master bedroom with king size bed). There is also a queen size automatic blow up air mattress and a small cot for additional sleep options. There is separate air conditioning in each room as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms. An outdoor shower is provided for your return from the beach. It is perfect for families, friends or couples wishing to have separate sleeping quarters and their own private bathrooms. It is beautifully appointed with granite counter tops, marble floors and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is spacious with all the equipment for the most creative cooks; including a Sub Zero refrigerator, Viking stove top, and Bosch washer and dryer. The Villa De Cortez complex has a Private Beach front Infinity Edge pool with swim up bar plus separate hot tub and small children's pool. The new restaurant is located between the Villa De Cortez and the Palmas De Cortez resorts. The food is excellent and you'll never beat the view! The East Cape is world famous for its sport fishing and is considered to be the 'fishing capital of the world'. Fishing charters are available just steps away at the adjoining Hotel Palmas De Cortez owned and operated by Van Wormer Resorts. Don't fish? You can charter a boat for a day of sight seeing, diving or snorkeling right next door. For those of you that kite surf or wind surf, you can go right out to the beach from the villa and take off. No need to walk or drive to North Beach. Guests are invited to use the amenities at the Palmas De Cortez which include a day spa (the best massage I've ever had), tennis courts, gym and a variety of water and outdoor activities such as jet skiing, kayaking or shore fishing and ATV rentals. Cabo Pulmo, with world renowned diving and snorkeling, is just an hour south. You can rent an ATV within walking distance so you can explore the miles of roads and trails that lead to deserted beaches or down an arroyo up into the mountains. A day trip to Santiago, 30 minutes away, provides waterfalls, hot springs, and authentic Mexican Pueblo charm. You will fall in love with this town and the people just as we did. Not only are the locals friendly and accommodating but you will feel safe and secure in a luxurious environment with all the flavor of Old Mexico. If you want a little more excitement, you can drive south about 90 minutes to Cabo San Lucas and go see Sammy Hagar's famous Cabo Wabo. We had a great stay in Los Barriles. The property is beautiful. The resort is quiet with lots to do. We'll be back. The condo was very nice and as described. My kids found the pull out couch and cot comfortable. The only thing missing was some basic amenities such as a kettle, and dish soap/cleaning supplies, otherwise the kitchen was fully stocked. Pedro, the building manager, is great.

We have had stayed in various condo's in the Villas for the past several years. We think that it's the best location in Los Barilles as it's so close to everything and right on the beach.
We have stayed at Keith and Kristen's condo before and LOVE the location. The view from the 3rd floor end unit is absolutely beautiful. Perfect spot to watch the boats come and go. The condo is clean and well equipped for everything that we need. Owners are very responsive and excellent to deal with. We ended up needing to stay an extra couple days and they were more than accommodating.

Wonderful time in Los Barilles
This is a perfect spot from which to enjoy the laid-back town of Los Barilles. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Its pools and beach were terrific. And if you get bored of the pools at the Villa, you can go next door to the pool at the Hotel Palmas de Cortez. Bay View Bar & Grill is right next door and super tasty. We are excited to come back one day!

Los Barriles is a very sleepy, laid back Baja village and this condo is a perfect place to chill out. It is very comfortable, with great views and easy walking to town.

Lovely Los Barriles
Our first time to Los Barriles and it was fantastic! The Hotel Palmas de Cortez is on the same property so it is great to have the pools, bars and restaurants available to you as a guest.

We had five people in a one bedroom condo, so the sleeping arrangements were not the best, but we knew that going in. It was worth it to us because of the beautiful pool, swim up bar and easy beach access.

When we arrive the property manager said he didn't know any one was coming and the ac was off! It took two days for it to cool cool down! The stove didn't work and a lot of the lights. No direct or cable tv. We love the fishing and the friends we have made over the years. We will be back, but probably in a different unit.

Location is terrific, right on the beach and pool and restaurant is immediately in front. Amazing views from the third floor, 2 balconies. The property is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and washer and dryer was a nice bonus. Pedro was onsite every day and provided terrific concierge service.

Amazing location and great villa, pool, and beach
This was the perfect place for 4 adults and 2 kids. The location is right on the beach, and the condo pools were just right for our little kids to play in. It was nice that we could also use the Palmas infinity pool as well. Pedro, the onsite manager, was available if issues arose. The villa was clean, modern, and well air conditioned. It had a huge fridge and freezer, and a small washer/dryer. It was also nice to have a security guard and gate at the entrance to the property, but we always felt very safe regardless. We had a great experience, and the owners were very responsive to questions.

The condo was perfect. The bed was comfortable!!! The view was amazing and everything was great! If you're looking for a relaxing, beautiful, friendly, non commercialized part of Mexico this is the place. You don't need a car, get the shuttle from the airport. Rent ATV's when you are there to drive around the area. They are much fun to ride on the beach!! The yoga with Sarah was great. Los Barrilos is known for the fishing and it did not disappoint. We will for sure be back!
