About this condo rental
Located in Choeng Thale, this charming condo for $356 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. This beautiful apartment is on the second floor, out of just three floors, with breathtaking scenic views overlooking the beach with the lazy fishermen, their thai boats and sweeping palm trees. It is right on the beach of Bangtao with wonderful vast views of the Andaman ocean and some of the most incredible sunsets every evening. The condo is also a minutes walk from some of the best restaurants and spas on the island and due to our wonderful concierge staff, comes equipped with full amenities and extra services should you need them like chef on demand, in room service, maid cleaning daily, babysitter etc (always subject to availability) . The beach condo is situated in the most scenic/quiet/zen part of Phuket, which is known as Bangtao , near Kamala, Surin and only 20 mins from Patong and from the airport. The 3 level building has a contemporary, tropical design and has been designed in such a way as to give it full ocean views. The staff are always there to complete your every need and they are very friendly and hospitable. Whether you would like food sent to your room or a private chef, or a boat to whisk you away or advice on the many activities in the area, they are here to support your every requirement along with myself who is a frequent visitor for the last 20 years !! The apartment is surrounded by huge, open air windows where the breeze and the sounds of the waves is always a companion. There is an upscale kitchen and comfy living and dining areas for all your needs and is luxuriously set up with wifi, sound system/ipod dock, cable with English channels, flat screen TV, DVD etc. There is also a gym in the lobby for those that want to keep in tip top shape even on holiday! The living spaces are bathed in light and the terrace is complete with sun deck chairs and a wonderful Jacuzzi with incredible views. The two bathrooms are also with a separate walk in shower and toilet complete with full amenities as you would find in a hotel. Each bedroom contains a super comfy king-size bed and the master has views of the entire seafront. This apartment is perfect for families, couples and even for a person attending to business. You wont have to leave your apartment if you wish since everything is catered for right here ★Please note there is a restaurant bar in the complex but it is it is open in the morning time (For breakfast only) and the bar opens from 8:00 AM. till 6:00 PM. There are also many options to eat near by and you can also arrange with reception delicious delivery straight to your door!★ ★Check out 11 am and Check in 3 pm★ Extra tip: Ive been coming to Thailand for the last 20 years so if anyone needs any help with anything feel free to ask me and I will gladly share all my little Thai secrets!!! Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Location was within walking distance to shops and restaurants, bars and cafes. Tuk tuk driver right out the front to take us to the local beaches when we couldn’t be bothered walking.

Wonderful
We had a fabulous week, Chiana was a great host. All of the staff were so friendly and attentive nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was really clean and in a great location right on Bang Tao beach and a short walk from Surin beach. Highly recommended for couples and families. Can’t wait to return.

The apartment is a unit at the Beachfront Hotel Phuket. The name and description of the property is vastly misleading: While it is on the waterfront, it is not a beach. The apartment has a beautiful view of the sea, but any “beach” only appears when the tide is low. A small strip of sand makes for a foot path to a beach 10 minutes away. Otherwise, the water in front of the property is used for the anchoring of small boats and smells of petrol. That in itself makes for noisy motors at all hours of the day and night.
Overall, the place was comfortable though lacked a few simple amenities. The main issue was that the location was not ideal. Transportation, or at least a ten minute walk, were needed to get to most places. That made for a lot more planning of our days. We had hoped to be at a place where we could simply walk out the door and spend the day at the beach.
We rent properties all over the world. We expect certain amenities to be made available that make us feel welcome guests. While there is a kitchen in the apartment that is well stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, pots, and pans, there were no staples like salt and pepper, napkins, cooking oil, or basic spices. Luckily, there are several convenience stores within walking distance. If a breakfast is offered by the pool, we never partook of it. We had the impression that it was either basic or simply non-existent. In general, we had a sense of a lack of generosity on the part of the management.
The staff at the property were kind and friendly. We had hoped they would be more helpful arranging excursions and giving us a sense of the area. They struggle with English, so there was a language barrier. They did have contact with a driver who was readily available with his air conditioned SUV to take us anywhere close by or at a distance.
The master bedroom with attached bath was very comfortable. It has glass doors that open to a balcony that takes advantage of the beautiful waterfront view. Yet, the noise from the motor boats was disturbing, so the doors could not be left open at night. Also, a very bright light on a cell tower forced us to keep the curtains closed to get a good night’s sleep.
The second bedroom with attached bath was small and had no windows so felt a bit like a stuffy closet. Without outside windows to bring in light, there should be more lamps to brighten the room.
Other reviews of the property do not match our own experience.

Glad we chose this place, rather than major 5star hotels...
We traveled to Phuket 10+times, stayed most of major brand 5star hotels, and this property was by far the best property in terms of everything! Will definitely be coming back very very soon.

Breathtaking views, friendly staff, great location
I was so excited to have found this gem. This apartment is located near Surin beach and within walking distance to many eateries (The Palm being my favorite and one of the most beautiful restaurants I have been to). The staff is extremely friendly as is the host. The place is spacious and well lit, all of the accommodations of a fine hotel available to you. I would stay here over and over again. Surin/Bang Tao beach is a quiet area that is vastly different from the business of Patong. If you are with family, looking for a quiet but interesting stay this is a good place for you. The area is very family oriented. I look forward to coming back here one day. Sparkling clean as well. As a property renter myself, I have to say this host does an amazing job of keeping guests happy.

A magical place that was hard to leave
We loved staying here. The place is just as pictured. It is easy to just sit back and watch the day pass and the light shift on the wonderful view. The pool(s) are perfect for playing or swimming some laps. It is so nice to stay somewhere and be near the water without being part of a big hotel.
Swimming at the beach right in front is not so great, and it is a decent walk with smaller children if you want towalk to the right. For beach time, we rented a car and popped over to the south end of Surin. Chiana sent us lots of ideas of things to do and places to eat.
I was a bit worried there would be a lot of boat noise from the longtails moored in front, but it was not an issue at all. In fact, the place is very very quiet and peaceful morning through night.

Awesome place
This is a beautiful place and the staff are absolutely amazing. The owner is communicative as well with the check in process. This place really functions more like a small resort than just a condo to stay in. You have all the amenities plus daily housekeeping, mini bar, etc. The staff arranged taxis and booked tourist activities for us upon request. Very helpful with deciding which ones to do as well. The condo itself is huge and open. The location is quiet and feels more remote, but Surin and Bang Tao beaches are just a short 15 min walk or so. If you’re looking to party it may not be the best location, but we went to Patong several times for this. It’s about a 30 minute taxi ride, but we didn’t find it too inconvenient if you’re okay with spending the extra cash. Plus that’s not something I would count against the place itself. Really just depends on what you’re looking for. It was actually nice to go back to a quiet place after the rowdiness of Patong. Definitely recommend!

There was a little miscommunication as we were told that the owner would arrange a shuttle to the location for us, but when it came time for it to happen, we didn't hear from her. However, all in all it was an excellent stay and Phuket is freaking awesome!

Everything exceeded our expectations! Thank you Chiana for everything that you did, the communication was great and your condo was wonderful, what a great place to stay for our family vacation. Everything was exactly as indicate, from the check in, rooms, furnishings, pools, accessibility to many great restaurants, shopping and all that Bangtao Beach has to offer. We already miss everything. my wife Tami and two daughters Kylie and Peyton had a vacation we will never forget and we talk highly to all of our friends. The front staff, Thai and her wonderful team are exceptional and will help with anything you may need. Thank you Thai!! Luxurious Property
Luxurious property with loads of space and great views to the sea.
Loved the quiet location, but still has access to restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Chiana's recommendations for restaurants was greatly appreciated.
Staff were great and sorted anything we required.
Pool was great and with a short stroll down the beach you could be in the sea.
The only issue was we expected there to be a bar/restaurant at the hotel, but when we arrived we were informed that these had shut down and it would have been nice to have had a night time drink sat in the bar area with the stunning views over the ocean.
All in all though a fantastic hotel and we would return.

Perfect Vacation
We absolutely loved staying here! It was perfect for our family of four. The location is great - lots of restaurants nearby - but still in a quiet neighborhood. Well suited for families. Tai at the front desk was so helpful and friendly with reservations and taxis into town. Truly an unforgettable time. We want to come back! Thank you!

Beautiful location, very quiet.
Beautiful apartment, fantastic views. Only one other guest in complex the week we were there, which meant the two pools, lounges etc., we're all ours. All staff were very friendly and helpful. During low tide you can walk all along the beach and during high tide it's a very easy walk to various beach accesses. Easy walk to several good restaurants, including the Beach Club, right on the beach! I wouldn't think twice about booking this unit again... truly beautiful.

Wonderful place, nice and care from the owner and staff
First time for my kids in Phuket so I chose the town that is not busy as Patong Beach. We were very happy with the rooms and the space from the condo. Fantastic view, perfect unit for the family, everyone had their space to do or watch tv when raining day. Also, the owner is so helpful and care about whatever we need, my husband wanted to watch CNN live then the owner was contacting everyone to get it done, even she had to pay more than she needed it to. Thank you so much for all your kindness and hope we did not distory anything at your unit. We are looking forward to come back next year.

Truly one of a kind stay!!!
This space is as beautiful as its photos suggest!! We could not believe just how amazing the views, how clean and spectacular the space, or how helpful and accommodating the front desk staff would be. Beach access was amazing for daytime or nighttime walks. A quiet retreat and perfect home base to explore Thailand from. Not far from the airport or several tourist hot spots. The road which the apartment sits on is a nice walk and all along it you will find some of the best food! Worth every penny!!

Convenient and relaxing with my in-laws
This apartment filled all our needs for me and my husband's trip with his parents. There are no steps in the apartment so it was easy for my FIL to get around and the big glass windows with the balcony had great views so you didn't feel like you needed to really leave to enjoy the environment. The kitchen was nice to have so that we could make our own breakfasts (tip: the oven is also a microwave).
The only sort of difficult decision was who gets which room...the master room was SO much more amazing than the second room...so you'll need to decide who gets great views and a huge bathroom with a (cold) jacuzzi attached!
The Palm restaurant is right next door and Catch Beach Club is about a 10-15 minute walk on the beach, which you can walk onto if it's low tide.
Riverside Restaurant is just a few minutes walk down the road and has great Thai food, we ate there a lot. The downstairs restaurant also had decent food if you really couldn't be bothered to go any farther, and also had some fresh fruits and coconuts.
I would suggest going to the grocery store Villa Market which is just a little farther away than Lotus as the selection there is much more international and has a good wine section.
This place is great if you want somewhere lowkey and relaxing. There is not much shopping or things to "do" besides going for a swim, eating, reading, and enjoying each other's company, (which is exactly what we wanted).
Last but not least, Tai at concierge was very kind and helpful throughout our trip and very accommodating to our questions and needs. Thank you!
