We had a wonderful stay with 6 people in the villa. Sasa, the housekeeper, gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home! She fulfilled every extra request, organized groceries, or cab drivers and once we enjoyed her cooking skills: the best food we have eaten on Phuket! The villa is an oasis of calm and a wonderful retreat. However, to reach really beautiful beaches, you should have a car. But there are plenty of restaurants in the area. Thank you for a very nice vacation!

Our second time staying at the villa. Property is lovely, but what makes the stay magical is Khun Sa, the fantastic and charming property host, caretaker and cook. Both stays she was the number one reason for our total enjoyment. She is delightful and the most incredible cook. We had her make most of our meals (4 people) and everything was delicious. The property is as lovely as always and convenient to two beaches.

A great stay, and probably one of the best houses we’ve stayed in so far. What made our stay really special was the help and assistance of Khun Sa over the week, who was the highlight of our time in Thailand and so incredibly kind and accommodating! Would highly recommend!

We had a lovely stay, the villa is luxurious, meticulously maintained with modern amenities. The highlight of the trip was the wonderful service from our host, Khun Sa. She arranged all of our transportation and activities and prepared daily meals, which were delicious! She made the trip unforgettable, hope to return for another stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautiful, really nicely kept house, yard and pool. But Sa, the housekeeper is the star. She is so kind and helpful and will make sure you have a perfect stay!

Our stay was wonderful. Kuhn Sa was one of the best parts. She helped in our excursion planning, prepared delicious meals for us, arranged transportation with Jacky, and treated us like royalty. We will definitely be back!!

Its a great villa! 15 minute walk to Surin Beach which is very nice. The pool is great, the rooms are very comfortable, and we were pleased with the experience. The location is about 30 minutes from Patong Beach, which is probably a good thing (not impressed, but you probably need to see it once) and a few more minutes to Kata beach which was great. The star of the show is Sa, who serves as the housekeeper, chef (if you want) launderer, tour guide, taxi scheduler and all around wonderful lady! If you rent this villa, be sure to let her help you.
Fiona was also wonderful in booking the villa and preparing for our stay.

We had such an amazing time at the Villa. Really, Sa, the housekeeper is what made our trip so fabulous. From helping us book excursions, taxis, and ordering groceries. She also helped us book in Villa massages and made some amazing meals for us while we were there. The pool was awesome and having Sa there made us feel like celebrities. This was my families first international trip, and it was amazing. Please stay here and I promise you will have the best vacation. You won’t get a stay or a Sa at any hotel like you get at the villa.

Dear Fiona and Sa,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the wonderful stay we had in Phuket, Thailand. Our hostess, Sa, was simply impeccable and made our stay truly unforgettable.
Sa's meals were authentic and wholesome, and she catered to our vegetarian guests with ease. She made breakfast, lunch, and dinner when needed, and her cooking was simply delicious. Sa also went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, including washing our clothes, making arrangements for tours and transportation, and even arranging for massages, manicures, and pedicures at the Villa.
The property itself was beautiful, with clean pools and first-class rooms and bathrooms. Sa made sure everything was spotless and comfortable for us. She even arranged for Ram who is the tailor to come to the Villa and fit us all for clothes, making our stay that much more special.
Overall, our holiday was everything we could have hoped for, and we have Sa to thank for that. Her customer service was outstanding, and it truly felt like we were at home. We have nothing to complain about and would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.

My friends and I stayed here for 3 days 2 nights. Having arrived early, we were allowed to check in as soon as we arrived. Airport pick up was also arranged by the owner/housekeeper of the villa. We hired the same driver to take us wherever we needed to go to during our stay. The villa is about 20 mins from Patong but there are restaurants and small shops about a 10 minute walk away. Special thanks to Sa, the villa’s amazing housekeeper who made our stay extra special. She was extremely observant of our tastes and preferences. A phenomenal cook, Sa prepared breakfast for us daily and also cooked a scrumptious dinner one evening that left all of us speechless. It was so delicious. She was always so happy to see us and did everything she could to make our stay extremely comfortable (and always with a huge smile!) The layout of the villa was perfect for our party of 3 and the rooms were nicely decorated. We already miss the villa and Sa and can’t wait to go back!

Lets start with the star of the holiday. Khun Sa is not just a housekeeper she is an all round magician. She made our requests look as easy as if she was just pulling rabbits out of her hat. Whether it be help on how to get special food, beer, cook that seafood feast or even what was the best option on what to do she never let us down.
The house itself is a luxury oasis set in a quiet neighbourhood. You are a small walk from the beach and this can seem much longer in the afternoon heat but walk in the early morning or late afternoon and it is quite manageable.
All in all our family walked away each with a different favourite memory but all in agreement that it was the best chill out holiday we had ever had.

We loved the house and easy access to Bang Tao beach, Surin Beach and Boat Avenue restaurants. The house was large and comfortable and has a great pool. But the best part was the house manager Sa - she helped us with so many big and little things to make the trip wonderful.

We had the most amazing holiday thank you Kuhn Sa for everything! A great cook, always smiling and helpful could wish for nothing more. The villa is beautiful in a great position. The support from the owner was much appreciated ( we had a little health hiccup)

We loved this property so much we didnt want to leave, and want to come back again asap. It, and the housekeeper Sa, are wonderful and it was perfect for us. Ok, a small walk to get to town but really very easy and taxis are readily available. Can't recommend highly enough.

We loved the villa and more importantly we loved Sa the helper. She is amazing and incredibly helpful with everything. Spend less eating out and more asking Khan Sa to cook you her local dishes.

Fully relaxing mode
Not only the location and the interior decoration of the house but also the presence of Khun Sa made our stay a fabulous one. Khun Sa helped us doing small groceries; served late delicious breakfast to please my teenagers; responded quickly to our family needs and ran small errands for us. Even the fruit was cut with care and looked like a treat. The villa is located in a quiet area (no big trucks or loud motors passing by) but still close to Bangtao, Surin and Kamala beach and also restaurants and shopping facilities & fresh market are within a short distance. We rented scooters which made us extra flexible. We will definitely go back.

A Little Oasis
The villa exceed our expectations. From when we first booked the villa Fiona was very accommodating and maintained communication throughout. Khun SA was magnificent. She could not have done more for us. We hope to return one day for a longer stay.

Fabulous pool villa
Really enjoyed our stay as a family at this villa. It's a great property and perfect for a relaxing holiday. All the rooms are spacious and the decoration is very tasteful. The location is also very good, close to beaches and plenty of good restaurants in walking distance. Khun Sa was extremely friendly and very helpful if we needed anything. I can definitely recommend a stay at this beautiful property.

Lovely home!
I can’t say enough great things about the home, owner, and sa the little gal that helps you with everything. The location is super close to beaches, restaurants, and anything else you need. Sa helped us book a private boat for island tours, all our taxis, ideas for excursions, made dinners, breakfast and even did our laundry for small fees. Once you figure out walking paths/ shortcuts it is so easy to walk around. Thank you Fiona and sa for a Fabulous stay. Can’t wait to come back!

Villa truly amazing
Repeat guest - I booked this beautiful villa 2 years ago, when I returned home I had to go again and booked for Jan 2020. I just got home from my 7 day stay, wow, it was just as amazing the first time, if not better. The villa is located in Surin, you can walk to everything - the beach, restaurants, shopping etc. Patong beach 7Miles away. Khun Sa, looks after everything at the villa, she is truly amazing, she cooked for us, arrange a tour, taxi's, what ever you need she is there to assist you. She was so excited to see us when we showed up last Saturday. She comes daily to clean and to check if there is anything she can do for us. We only had three stay this time, but totally worth it, as the villa is spotless, the pool, 3 good size bedrooms. It looks as nice as you see in the pictures if not better. We do look forward to coming back again in the future, I can honestly say you will not be disappointed from the first moment you arrive, you wont want to leave. Thank you for looking after us last week and special thank you to Khun SA. (3 guests from Canada)

It is a lovely villa, Sa was such a great person, very helpful, she organized for us everything we needed. The place is walking distance from the beach.
I would definitely go back if we will go back to Phuket.
