About this apartment rental
Just for two! CIPRESSO studio overlooks the beautiful vineyards of the prestigious estate called Castello di Nipozzano. The winery is nearby and we can book you a visit with tasting.
The studio consists in a large double bedroom with cooking corner. There is a separate bathroom. Glass double doors open onto your own garden space and private paved terrace for taking the sun and eating out.

We had a lovely time at Jane & Giampiero’s place! The view was super, so calm and relaxing, it’s a perfect spot to unwind and take it slow. The room was clean, with all the necessary equipment for the stay. Anything we need Jane was always there to support us. Would definitely recommend to go there with a car because of the location. Easy to go to Florence and all the villages around. The greatest part was to spend time with our lovely hosts, getting to know the story of the place and theirs. We hope to come back soon!

We spent a week at Cipresso and couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The Appartement is lovely, it's very clean and cosy. The view is breathtaking and unique. It's the perfect place to explore Tuscany and to calm down after a long day in the heat. From Pontassieve we took the train to reach Florence, we also had a wine tasting at Nippozzano and went to some beautiful and very interesting cities (e.g. Pisa, Lucca, Arezzo, Poppi, Montepulciano). Don't miss the market at Pontassieve where you can get the best ham or fresh fruit and try a typical Trattoria - you won't regret it!
Giampiero and Jane are wonderful hosts, they helped us to plan our trips to Florence, Arezzo or Montepulciano with a glass of wine and the best insider tips you could think of. We are so heart warmed by their generosity and kindness.
Our hearts are full of beautiful memories and we are looking forward to come back!

P.S.: we already miss the sunsets at the terrace and Jasmine and Peggy coming along to say hi and to be cuddled.

Wunderschöne Ferrienwohnung, idyllisch gelegen. Alles da, was man braucht. Tolle Ziele in der näheren Umgebung zum Wandern, Sightseeing in Florenz oder Essen in Pontassieve. Danke für die entspannte Woche!
