Great location. Easy communication (thorough discussion in advance, digital contract, quick assistance), the apartment has everything you might need (including kitchen and grocery stores nearby).
Internet is Fast!
Just minor things like not enough hooks in the bathroom, and maybe the bed is a bit too short for a 1.85m (6'1") person.
The street is not the most quiet one, but not crazy crowded either.
Wifi in the kitchen was not working great (I guess too many walls), but was fine everywhere else (and it's blasting fast, like 500mbit/sec down and up via fiber)

Communication facile et agréable avec l’hôte.
Logement très bien situé, à deux pas du Duomo et de la Galleria dell’Accademia, ce qui permet de visiter Florence facilement à pied.
Très bonne insonorisation, malgré la localisation centrale.
Literie très confortable.
Le logement ne correspond malheureusement plus tout à fait aux photos présentées. Avec le temps, il semble avoir pas mal vieilli : le logement manque cruellement de luminosité, certains murs sont abîmés et présentent des traces de feutre, et le canapé ainsi que les coussins sont assez usés. Quelques travaux de rénovation et un bon rafraîchissement seraient vraiment nécessaires pour que le logement soit plus agréable.
