The staff were excellent & very friendly the location is great, bang in the center on one of the busiest streets with everything you could possibly need being within walking distance also there was a free continental breakfast which was a bonus which consists of bread/toast ham, cheese, chicken, boiled eggs,fruit salad with yogurt & a great coffee machine
With the hotel being on one of the busiest streets it can be a little noisy untill early hours and noisy again early in the morning when all the premises around are taking out there bins & getting delivery's. I stayed in the apartment not in the hotel so I had to climb the. Very steep stairs which are not for the faint hearted there very very steep almost like climbing a ladder which could be difficult for some especially if you have alot of luggage with you

The location is great. I also had a lovely view from the bathroom window.
The breakfast selection is very poor, there was no shower gel in the bathroom, the bath rug / towel was also missing.
There was only one type of blanket - very thick. With above 30C outside, it was impossible to sleep under the blanket.

Bathroom facilities were excellent. Staff were very welcoming and helpful.
No aircon with hot temperatures. No small fridge in room.
