room was amazing - adjoining room 120 sqm total. The space was great and room very clean. Wifi was excellent. So easy to work from the hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool area was protected and not windy which a lot of the hotel pools located up high are too windy so we spent time at the pool. This hotel has all facilities you need and is in a great location so we would stay here next time.
everything was great but I guess if they had a better range of fresh western breakfast options we would have enjoyed going to breakfast more .

Very nice high quality room. The chocolate buffet at 3pm was cool.
There are 2 buildings which I wasn’t aware of when booking. We were chucked in the one across the road which had no reception and the swimming pool was in the main hotel so we did not use this. Kind of disappointing. With a busy road between the two buildings - luckily my guy with the red flag helped us out when needed.

Very professional and helpful staff, allowed us to store luggage before and after our stay. Great breakfast, pool and gym & beds really comfortable. Great location with free shuttle in the MTS.
Marked as a nine, as we were over the road in a separate block. There were lovely staff who helped us cross but would have been nice to be in the main building. Also, we booked a family suite for 4 people but only 3 beds. It wasn't overly clear where my youngest would sleep. We ended up paying for an additional bed which wasn't ideal.

Spacious rooms. English speaking front office staff. Helpful Mr Ron.
The elevator area stinks a bad smell. A member of the staff wearing grey was finding it hard to explain the breakfast in English And annoyed us during breakfast with the costs ordering breakfast was something like buying a gold nugget. After breakfast going back the lady in grey called saying “you didn’t pay me” lol come on can’t you add it to the bill?
