We had a very comfortable stay at the Riviera Hotel. Their Classic Triple room layout was spacious enough for two adults and a child to stay comfortably. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the staff were helpful during our stay.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was clean, comfortable and peaceful, and the staff were all very friendly. The area felt safe, even at night, and both Senado Square and Macau Tower were around a 15 minute walk away. Both were pleasant walks too.
There aren’t shops or amenities immediately around the hotel, so if you need anything beyond the basics available from the hotel’s vending machines, you’ll have to venture out a little further. That said, taxis and buses are readily available, so it wasn’t a major issue.
Breakfast was more suited to Asian tastes, which is understandable given the majority of guests. Personally, I struggled to find much that appealed to me, so I mostly stuck to boiled eggs and orange slices. Nothing wrong with the food itself, just not quite to my taste.
