Séjour positif!

Cet établissement est très propre et le personnel à l’accueil est très sympathique!

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus garnit mais dans l’ensemble tout était très bien!

Pleasant stay

Friendly and pleasant stuff. Good location for our short visit. Fairly close to a metro station. Also close situated to both tram and bus stops. The neighborhood was quite during our stay.

There was no direct access to our room on the fourth floor. We had to climb some steps making it little uncomfortable especially when you are carrying suitcases. On the second day of our stay, one of the two elevators was out of order. There were only french TV channels available in the room.

Bonito, pero lleno de chinches

La ubicación era céntrica. A pocos minutos de los lugares de interés. Zona tranquila.

Pese a que el hotel parecía limpio, desafortunadamente fuí mordido por chinches. No lo noté hasta la Segunda y última noche que pasé allí ya que pasábamos poco tiempo en el hotel. Estas picaduras son muy dolorosas y he tenido que recibir tratamiento

Good hotel, central and fairly priced

The room was as one would expect from a budget hotel room. Everything was fine, it was clean, quiet and close to the centre. The size was good, with enough space to unpack. Lots of bars and resturants nearby. The aircon worked well.

There was parking in the basement, which had to booked separately at extra cost. The ascent into it was very steep and made it difficult to get into, especially if you have a low car (but this is not a part of the hotel!). There is other public parking close by. The room lacked a fridge or mini bar, which would have been nice. One could also get coffee in the reception, made by a machine and priced similarly to a café outside.

A clean hotel and a pleasant stay

The hotel is located close to the center. At the Reception there are machines where you can buy beer, juice and water, and in the Lobby there is a bar open until 11 p.m. We had a tea maker in the room.

There is no fan or ventilation in the bathroom and that is why steam is created when someone takes a bath. The room is quite small and with basic equipment.

An average place to stay.

- The location is close to the tourist spots so everything is pretty much walk able. - The hairdryer is actually very good in the washroom.

- The room was not what it looked like in the picture. As soon as you enter there is a dusty stink as if the carpets were never vacuumed and cleaned. - Water was dripping on the only table in the room from the AC pipe. When I informed the reception they sent someone to clean it but apparently it is common problem in every room. However, the water kept dripping the entire night. - I personally didn't find the neighborhood safe at night.

Comfortable and clean accommodation in an excellent location

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. The location was excellent too.

My only criticism is that the mattress was a bit hard.

A cheaper option to avoid paying over priced hotels in Lyon. Even Paris is cheaper.

The location is not great, even if it is a 15 minute walk to the presqu'ile and 20 to 25 to old Lyon, I find the location does not feel safe. Coming back at night was not an easy task. Considering the price I paid, I was expecting much more.

Lower prices would be more fair. The price is high for the place, the rooms are very small, outdated, they even offer you $5.00 for not cleaning every day. I thought they had to offer me a drink and clean the room instead.

Suitable for Muslim travelers and family

Location is fantastic. Staff was helpful and decent Near to Tramway and metro stations. Great selection for Muslim travelers as there is Masjed close to it with Turkish and Arabic restaurants provide Halal foods. Breakfast is included but with limited choices

My room was extremely narrow and small No refrigerator available
