L'emplacement correspondait à mes attentes ( proche de l'université). Le studio était propre et bien équipé. Le personnel était disponible et agréable. Je ne peux rien dire sur le petit déjeuner, nous ne l'avons pas pris dans l'établissement mais dans la chambre. Epicerie et boulangerie à 20 m de l'hotel. Le parking de l'hotel est accessible depuis la réception.

Zimmer vorher besichtigen ! Es gibt Zimmer mit Blick auf eine dicht davor befindliche Wand im Hinterhof - dunkel und triste. Wir mussten nochmal um ein neues Zimmer bitten - was nicht ganz einfach war....

The AC was great as we had to escape an unconditioned apartment during a terrible heatwave.

The studio where my sons and my dad stayed had poor air conditioning in the mezzanine.

WIFI speed was too slow. Internet could keep stable situation and must re-connected with no reason.

Quiet neighborhood, nice and comfortable room, good breakfast, kind staff! Air conditioning is a big plus, especially during summer (and heatwave) when temperatures can get very high here.

Even with the lights on the room is rather dim...

Air con only in downstairs part to the room so mezzanine bed area was impossible to sleep in. Need to have at least a fan available.

The room was comfortable. The location is good, near the river, and there are a couple of supermarkets nearby. Public transportation is also easily accessible, and you can buy day tickets at the hotel. The old town is ~30min on foot, but is a nice walk, and you get to cross two rivers to get there.

We had booked a 3-bed room, but were given a 2-bed room upon arrival (and a small price deduction). We decided not to change (not sure they had a 3-bed room available had we decided to change). We would have given a higher rating, were it not for this.

The location was good, not too far from the tram. The staff was super helpful and attentive.

The kitchenette equipment was basic, but adequate for us. There were enough plates, bowls and cups in the kitchenette, and but only one knife! The equipment included a anti-splash lid for the microwave, which is a rare thing to find, and it was also possible to get a washing-up kit from reception, which was useful. The bed was very comfortable because it had a "topper" mattress, *but* the topper made it very hot!!! The bathroom had a good-sized shower cubicle; the water was a constant temperature but the water flow was rather slow. The window blinds were very good, there were lots of plugs in the rooms, and there was a good reading light next to the bed. In the room there was a small kettle, plus tea, coffee and a half-litre of water. The air-conditioning worked well. The accommodation is located in an area with lots of students, so it was a bit noisy, but we ourselves enjoyed the lively atmosphere. There are recycling facilities just near the front door, so if you want to organise your own recycling, it is pretty easy, The man on reception when we arrived was very helpful and had excellent English. Other staff were nice but at least one had very little English.

There is a wardrobe with some hangers, but there are no drawers at all in the room! We ended up keeping half our clothes in our luggage. There were also no bedside tables, just a small shelf. In the kitchenette, access to the fridge and microwave was difficult because of a concertina-type side door which did not open completely. We secured it in position by tying it together using a long shoelace.... Also the basic cutlery collection only included one knife ! The bed was comfortable but hot because of a topper mattress on top of the main mattress. There was no bidet in the bathroom. Also the plug got stuck because the mechanism did not work properly. The TV had relatively few channels, and mainly French ones.

Everything was great: location, staff, room, small kitchen, wi-fi. I recommend this hotel.

A good situated but little run-down hotel (they are starting renovations now - mai 23), the breakfast was OK and the beds fairly good. Stayed in a studio with a small, but well equipped and functional, kitchen. Nice universitet- area around the hotel, with several good cafes, bars and restaurants.

The hotel needs renovation, both the reception, the breakfast-room area, and the rooms, especially the bath.

It is near the hospital where my wife is ill. I have extended my stay but will have to find another hotel soon

It is convenient in an emergency

Staff was unable to handle Booking.com reservations. Room also had to be changed multiple times.
