Staff was great and had excellent recommendations.
I would have liked to be closer to downtown, but the city is walkable and we could walk to downtown.

A beautifully appointed hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent air-conditioned. Exceptional buffet breakfast at a reasonable price. Right next to Perrache station and tram stop. We loved this place.

Reception team was lovely
Location is amazing near city centre and transports
Had a decent breakfast and made available gluten free bread
The rooms’ door systems all had issues so several attempts and hard push had to be made to enter. the noises made by any guests were therefore constant (including us as you couldn’t avoid it). There was a funny smell on 3rd floor
