Generally a good location, good English at the reception that works 24h. The room was clean and had almost everything that was needed.
We were on the last floor during the heat wave in Lyon and the air-conditioning did not work, it was shut off. We just had one small fan to try and cool the room, which definitely did not help.

Location. Out of the centre, but very close to the metro. River was close by. Huge shopping centre very close by, a 5 min walk. Accommodation was very good, everything needed for self catering.
No air-conditioning. We visited during a heat wave. We were given a room with a balcony and the ventilation that provided was very helpful. It maybe that during more normal weather it would be ok.

Clean, great location. Camille on reception was very professional and helpful
- Extra towel not available for use in the pool.
- individual sachets of ketchup, mustard, sugar. More waste from a hotel that states it is ‘eco’
- €80 deposit for potential cleaning!
- not allowed to take a couple of pastries from the breakfast room to our room on weekdays despite much of the food going to waste! Apparently it is okay to take them at weekends. Makes no sense
