The bed may be a little hard for some. Nothing else I can think of.

I have stayed here several times and have found it to be comfortable, conveniently-located and value for money.
One of the three lifts was out of order and will be for several months. Of the other two lifts, one was programmed not to stop on my floor - this meant I had the choice of only one lift. Often that one lift would be full when it opened on my floor. Luckily I was on the seventh floor and could use the stairs. I won’t be staying here again until all three lifts will be fully operational.
Also, loud talking in the adjoining room at 2am one night. A quick bang by me on the door put a stop to that!
