極差酒店，沒有隔音非常嘈，永遠不會再去

在長途飛機上已經沒睡好，到酒店環境極差，床是濕的，房間完全沒有隔音功能。門口經常有講其他語言的人在門口大聲講話。就算投訴也是無人理。半夜到清晨到早上中午前門外也是很嘈吵，嘈到完全不能入睡。我們共訂2房訂單希望是同層相連房方便照顧孩子。由5個月前訂酒店，一直也是沒有人回覆的，更不用說睡覺的安排了。訂7天，只能夠在這個酒店待1天，因為是沒能夠取消的訂單，所以待一天也是全數付款7天，真是非常失敗的酒店。最後我們要立即第二天離開去另一間酒店住。在這個環境太差的酒店，實在沒辦法再待多6天。

가격만보고 따지면안될듯해요

가성비는최고입니다 홍콩에서 이정도가격구하기 힘들죠

1.침대 더블사이즈 예약했는데 당일체크인시 방이없다고 더블침대주네요... 2.방에 죽은 벌레가있고 화장실악취가너무 났습니다 3.수영장이용이 불가하다고 하는데 다른사용자는 뭔가요? 돈좀더주고 좋은곳 가아겠다는 교훈 얻고갑니다

Not quite happy with the condition of the room.

There was no proper table for the TV & the room was very dusty & dirty. Our 2nd day the beddings were not changed & cleaned. There was no doormat at the bathroom, we had to use our face towel to dry our wet feet. There was no proper hand towel or even tissue box to dry our hands. The bed was not a double bed it was 2 single beds joined together which makes us uncomfortable sleeping at night.

Will not consider coming back again!

Considerably good location, easy access to city .

Cleanliness is far from standard: dust on all surfaces, including the floor and the little shelf on the mirror in the bathroom. The kettle is as if left untouched for a long period of time, a layer of greyish stuff can be seen. Worst still, clusters of fabrics like things suspended in the gap between the closet and the wall! What put us off most is the housekeeping staff, he insisted that there’s nothing wrong with the room but they would clean it again if we would not be happy with the present condition!

My stay at the Rambler was a good one. The property is more on the resort line with several other hotel buildings in the

The cleanliness was pretty good. Disappointed to not have hand towels and face towels and a floor mat. Just one shower towel was provided.

I didn’t like that there was no transportation to the shopping area or to catch the bus. It was very hot and ‘just go around the corner’ was more than a simple corner.

Location, location, location. Was a few minutes walk from MRT, Bus stop, Star Ferry station. Lots of Indian food, currency exchange options, Malls etc. Mr. Kumar called me on phone with clear directions. Accomodated 1 hour early check-in request.

It's more like a budget hostel style accomodation. Not a guest house. I was moved to a different block because my room wasn't ready yet. Although I was accomodated for an hour earlier check-in but was asked to leave at 10am, an hour early from check out time.

Bed is clean but dust on the window sill. Acceptable cleanliness of toilet and toiletries (but only three in one shampoo). Strong aircon, no smoke smell. Good swimming pool next door for $40

Two beds instead of one large one as chosen, no sea view although it says in description. Little food around the area and must take minibus to get to city

Good value, but room pictures and details are very misleading

Room was cheap

Room was significantly different from the one in the picture, and much much dirtier. We thought we were getting the superior twin (image with yellow pillows), but ended up with the one with two twins very close together. Hotel staff claimed they were the same room, and kept hanging up on us when we called down to the front desk. Everything was yellow and old. There was a cockroach in the lobby. Although the price is good for what we got, it was not what we thought we were getting and I can confidently say we were scammed.

Disappointing

the staff was very polite, spoke English and was very helpful.

the room service did not provide basic facilities like cutlery and sugar. there was no body cream in the washroom. the rooms were really small. it says sea view but it's mostly the view of the dock with just thousands of cargo boxes.
