The Room was a bit too small and they need a smart tv cos the one they’ve got is very small and

I honestly thought the hotel was a bit older and not so well equipped (perhaps I got a wrong impression from some of the pictures), but honestly, it was an excellent hotel, with everything one needs and more (even a tea station in the room!). It was very comfortable. The area is also fantastic (very close to the centre, a 15 minute walk away), and the staff was truly friendly. I would definitely come back!

Breakfast was okay. Price was quite good for Milano in January
Bin-Smoking room that smelled like smoke. We could feel the springs in the mattress. Visible renovation backlog. Renovated areas were still not good, e.g. loose faucet in bathroom.
