Men was/is tot op heden nog steeds niet bereid om een factuur af te leveren voor ons verblijf; men blijft beweren dat Booking deze factuur moet afleveren ook al ontkent Booking dit formeel. Verder sprak maar een beperkt deel van het personeel Engels. In de ontbijtruimte werden we ontvangen met Google-translate. Voor het ontbijt zelf hebben we finaal bedankt na het te hebben gezien. We moesten het vervolgens zelf gaan annuleren aan het onthaal.

The hotel is a good price in comparison to others in Macau. The room was comfortable and it was in a great location, without being in the thick of it. A short walk to Taipa village, short bus ride to Cotai Strip and the old town. There's also a bus stop directly outside the hotel, which brings you to all the main places and the ferry terminal.
At times, it was difficult to communicate with staff due to language barriers. Not their fault at all as I am the visitor, it just made things slightly tricky at times. They did really try to help though.

Location (15min walking to the Cotai casino area and right next to Taipa village).
Bedroom (very spacious and clean)
Food (breakfast and dinner - not included on the fare - were delicious)
The majority of the people working on the hotel, though very kind, don't speak much english (even the menus on the bar don't have an english translation)
