The service, the food, the cleanliness, the attentiveness of the staff, the quality and value for money! Lived the water slides, fitness activities, availability of food options. The trampoline in the sea was a huge attraction as the sea itself is not as great to swim in. The facility is not as huge as some of the other resorts, but in a good way. You can walk from one side to the other so it feels more manageable and less overwhelming.
There were a couple of incidents with individual staff members that were red flags, but the management handled it well afterwards.
The swimmig pool gets dirty over the course of the day which is normal, but there could be a better way to manage the cleanliness of it (by pumping more fresh water, imposing more rules, having more thorough cleaning overnight etc).
People just put their towels to reserve sunbeds and don’t even show up for hours! Management should do sth about it, as it is very annoying.

We have been in this hotel 6 years ago and wanted to come again in our first visit to Turkey. It was great seeing that nothing has changed.. Staff is extremely friendly, rooms are clean, restaurant/food options are satisfying. Kid activities were also helpful to have some spare time as couple.
Nothing to mention to be honest.

The property wasn’t too big so getting around was easy, the gardens were absolutely beautiful and kept on top of, hotel staff was always so helpful and smiling. Maisie from the animation team was fantastic with our 8 and 9 year old they loved spending time with her doing all activities in kids club, never once said they were bored as they’re is so much to keep them entertained, of an evening the shows where great. The food was phenomenal there’s a chief special every night and its 5 star rating if you didn’t want the chiefs special there’s so much to choose from you wouldn’t be disappointed the food quality was one of the best parts. We would definitely return best hotel I’ve been too and I’m a hotel snob
There was nothing I could say we didn’t like, the is water slides and the kids throughly enjoyed them they’d would of like a few more than there was but this didn’t put us off retuning

We had a wonderful family holiday at TUI BLUE Palm Garden. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and very well organised. Our room was comfortable and perfectly suited to our family, while the food was excellent, varied and consistently good.
We especially appreciated that there were always enough sun loungers, both around the pools and on the beach, regardless of how late we arrived. There was no need to wake up early or rush to reserve a place.
The pool facilities are excellent for families. There is a large main pool with several slides, another pool with smaller slides that is ideal for children of approximately four to seven years old, and a separate shallow pool for babies. All areas were attractive, clean and very well maintained.
The greatest strength of the resort is undoubtedly the staff. Everyone we met was exceptionally kind, smiling and helpful, and genuinely seemed happy to interact with guests. The restaurant team in particular was wonderful. We could also see how much effort the entertainment team puts into creating an enjoyable atmosphere. The beach party was fantastic, and the DJ did an excellent job. We also appreciated that the music, shows and mini-concerts had an international repertoire that could be enjoyed by guests from different countries.
Our daughter did not stay at the Kids’ Club by herself, but we still noticed how warm, patient and engaging the team was with the children. Their effort and positive energy were greatly appreciated.
One aspect that initially disappointed us was the sea. It becomes extremely deep very suddenly, only two or three metres from the shore, which may not be ideal for families with young children or less confident swimmers. However, everything inside the resort was so enjoyable that we never really felt the need to spend much time on the beach, apart from taking some beautiful sunset photographs.
A few small details could make the experience even better. Some soft background music in the barbecue restaurant would create a more memorable atmosphere. The stage on the upper terrace could also benefit from better lighting, as the performers are not always clearly visible from the guest tables.
The only serious disappointment was the hair salon, which I think may be operated independently from the hotel. Unfortunately, my haircut turned out very poorly. I was also hurt in several places by the clippers, the comb felt extremely sharp against my scalp, and the stylist’s movements were generally very rough and uncomfortable. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise guests to avoid the salon.
This experience did not change our overall opinion of the resort itself. We left with beautiful memories and would happily return. Our sincere thanks to the entire hotel team for their hard work, professionalism and hospitality.
