Merci au personnel du spa
Merci au coiffeur Ritchard qui etait tres patients avec nos filles.
Chambre: oreillers de mauvaise qualité
Couettes insuffisantes.
Menage laisse à desirer
Robinetrie a revoir dans la salle de bain
Restaurant: pas de fruits sec le matin comme les pruneaux
Pas de varietes telle que les crepes ou pencake tous les jours ,des ouefs au plat,omelette ,ouefs durs peuvent etre simultanés tous les deux jours,
Dejeuner diner a revoir les menus ,c pas fameux sur les gouts.
Baklava simple couches de pate sans amendes ou pistache.
Activités : yoga a 10h30 a cotes de la piscine beaucoups de bruit.
Club des enfants pas terrible.
Le reste pas tres interessants,
Les spectacles nocturnes quasi absent sejour de 10 jours 2 spectales uniquement.

That they clean the room every day and they had swimming pool with trampoline for kids and various foods .
I didn’t like that we went to the à la carte menu Italian ( we payed ) and getting there with our little one happy to have pizza or pasta ( that’s the advertising picture ) was a fix menu and because the menu was with meat we ask kindly if we could have an alternative because we don’t eat meat but they said is not possible because is fix menu saying that one of the dishes was pasta without meat so we was fine with that but when the pasta came was fade without taste just pasta and tomato sos , we ask for Parmesan but they didn’t had so we left hungry from there and when I told them that I don’t find it right to pay something that I didn’t consume and that they supposed to have alternatives for à la carte menu they said that I have to pay .. The room was on the ground floor in the corner of the building in top of the sewage and couldn’t use or open the balcony as was smelling horrible and in the bathroom was mold and was smelling so much specially in the morning .The food was fresh with lots of choices but at least 90% the same every day .I don’t like that I couldn’t find a good coffee, I was able to pay for it , is true there is coffee the Turkish one but is not open in the morning when I’m having my coffee and is not for everyone’s taste ( at least for me ) .Thea sea is very “ aggressive” on they’r beach .Was difficult for kids to play in the sea cause the water is getting deep very quickly, you do 5 steps and you can’t reach the bottom.
Regarding the hotel I think was really nice when they open but from then because old and was poorly maintained.
5 Turkish stars are not the same like European stars .
