We had a nice family break for 10 days. We all enjoyed it - but for the sake of setting expectations - here are some things I wish I had known when I booked.
1) It’s not a 5 star resort. It’s more like 3 stars in terms of facilities, branded alcohol, and general service. But it does provide very good value for money.
2) The staff dont speak much english. This caused some frustration and rudeness with the folks on reception when we checked in. My wife was in tears, and I had to insist on an apology.
3) Skip the a la carte meals. The standard restaurant food is delicious and plentiful - but on the two occasions we tried a la carte it was baffelingly bad. To the point where we and the tables around us were in hysterical laughter.
5) Its a stretch to say there are 5 pools. There are really 2 swimming pools that adults can use in the summer. The smaller pool away from the hotel is perfect for relaxing away from the noise and bustle of the main pool.
6) The Wifi is terrible. It’s 2023 and good wifi should be a given.

Beautiful food with lots of variety...Excellent hospitality.... Amazingly helpful staff.... Tuna, The guest relation manager was a wonderful gentleman helping us patiently through all we needed over there with morale and dignity. Gulnaz, Janar and the rest of the staff were always helping us with their beautiful smile... Thanks to all the team who made our stay unforgettable....

we have stayed for 7 nights, the time we arrived was very crowded, check in was delayed till 15:00، and at the check out, we asked for 30 minutes late check out, and they said no! Stayed in a villa too far from the main building. After 3 days we moved to a nearby one. The stuff is actually helpful, but the thing we didn’t like is the entertainment part, the animation team is perfect but the night shows are really not the best(comedy show!...). The amphitheater is too small which make the sound distorted, and we left the show many times because of that. We couldn’t have the chance to find a vacant pool chair because they’re all reserved with towels every day starting from 9 am. I’m sure that the hotel is trying to satisfy all guests, but there are several resorts around providing better and cleaner service at the same or lower price range. Before coming to Sunis Elita we’ve stayed at 2 different resorts in Manavgat region, so we can tell differences.
Again, Animation team is doing their best to entertain gusts, but what I think is that the hotel management is not investing enough to help the team.
