Service orientation of the staff

Events and shows at the Main Stage is great
Game Center (awful, musty smell - as if the was flooded and dried in the dark)
Main restaurant (food court) air circulation terrible - you do smell whatever being served on your dress (if that was the purpose, I don’t know)
You literally can’t find empty sunbeds around pools or beach after 9am, wake up at dawn and be prepared for olympic style contest or forget pools :)
Why SPA is closed after 7:30pm - needs careful consideration I guess…

Service, food, being close to the sea (we never use the pool)
The sunning deck has some wood that are dangerously broken and needs some treatment. The ladders that used to go in and out from the sea are all aluminum or some kind of shiny metal are very slippery and needs to be covered with something that will prevent slipping.

Spacious room, good internal area, several pools.
I was there in the beginning of the season, but door in wardrobe was broken, mirror in bathroom also.
Room cleaning really on low level. Food also is not tasty and not fresh. Canteen is crowded and staff seems unfriendly.
This is not 5star level hotel, it is 3-4 stars max for high price.
